You all know the story, it's our turn to rewrite it, KHP Style. ​

Everyone knows the story of the two star cross'd lovers of Verona. The story how their love could never be broken despite the odds they faced, including death. ​

Our story will open up in Verona, modern times. The two richest family in the city have hated each other for ages. The two families have two special kids, the youngest in the family. They have been taught to hate the other family, however when a struck of fate hits them both with each other, things change. Can they convince their families that they love each other, or will all go to disaster? It's up to us to rewrite this story.​

Rules-

• No Marysues​
• No Power Playing​
• No Godmodding- I know there's no powers and stuff in this RP, but since we all sort of know the basic story and stuff, that would be godmod, so you can't set up the story for your character to know what will happen​
• Even know this is based completely on the Shakespere play, it doesn't mean we're following that story, we can change the story to make it better and more interesting for us​
• PG-13~ Language is allowed, but don't go super extreme. Sexual scenes like kissing and stuff is allowed, but please no details and not extreme stuff.​
• I'd like to try not to kill any of the characters unless needed​
• Multiple characters are allowed, and may turn into being required​
• Have Fun!​

Name/Character-Juliet Capulet
Age- 19
Personality- Juliet is a quite, kind, loving young women. She's very smart and likes to have fun, but is very polite and gentle. She usually listens to what people tell her to do, but she can be stubborn too.

Appearence-

History/ Biography- Juliet had a rough life growing up. She's like the family jewel. Her mother had many children before Juliet, but died. Juliet also almost died at birth, but she survived. Due to knowing how important she was to her family, Juliet listens to her father and mother. When she turned 18, her parents arranged a marriage to Count Paris to continue the family riches. ​

For the family rivalry to the Montague's, she views it as stupid and she does know to stay away from them.

Accepted, and I know what you're talking about, we watched it in English last year. Just so everyone knows though it's not like that movie, this is completely different.

 

I'd like to get the other parts filled first. Though I must say that I'm surprised you're not taking Tybalt, he reminds me a lot about you.

 

It looks fine, but your history seems more like a personality to me. Take note as well he lives with Capulet and Lady Capulet, and his last name isn't actually Capulet (no one actually knows what his last name was besides maybe Shakespere himself) Add a bit of a better history and you're in.

 

Eh, it can still be better, in fact a lot better. You still need to go into depth. Add to what his childhood was like, why he's into music, why does he fight, why does he live with Lady and Lord Capulet, explain what his hatred is towards the Montagues.

Name/Character-Friar Lawerence
Age- 62
Personality- Friar is a polite and kind old monk. He is very wise and knows what he's talking about.
Family- neither, he doesn't like the fighting between both, but has known Romeo since he was a young boy so a little more towards the Montagues
Appearence-

History/ Biography- Friar Lawerence is a monk. He has been a monk since he was 40 years old. When he first became a monk he was involved with Romeo's baptisim and due to that has known the family for a long time, and a lot more important, has known Romeo a lot longer. He looks as Romeo being his father almost and is always there for him when he's needed. Due to this Romeo tells Friar Lawerence everything.

He has lived in Verona his entire life and due to this knows the two family rivalries and even as a young child he thought their fighting was stupid and childish. He believes the fighting should stop so he's been trying to teach Romeo to try and stop the fighting.
