Lord of the Rings: An Age of Inbetween

1,ooo years...so much has changed. An age of peace dawned under Aragorn, a long lived 1oo years. No one understood why a human such as him remained a live for so long exept a selected few who were close to him.
Many of the elves returned 500 years after their leave and brought back something that would change Middle-Earth forever....new races. Races of the East that were so different from the races of middle earth. They called themselves "The Revion". They were like humans with animal characteristics, and could often transform into that animal. They came in three different types. The "Fowl" (those with wings, often bird revion), The "Hunters" (those with feline qualities, often cat/tiger/lion revion), The "Loyals" (those with wolf/dog like qualities, often dogs, wolves, or bears), and The "Scales" (those with scales for skin, bearing resemblences to lizards and dragons). They came in hundreds, looking for a new home. They warmly excepted the elves in the West, and so the favor was returned by the elves on Midlle Earth. Many of the elven prominences received these creatures warmly. They brought many different cultural aspects to Middle Earth that intrigued the elves. But the dwarves, who were just beginning to warm up to the humes and elves, disgraced these new creatures...mostly out of fear. The Humans were split. Many of the Western hume countries sided with the elves in the matter. But Rohan was stagnant for their opposition to the new races being excepted.
Eventually a war sprung about. The elves and the Revion wons wars against racist humes, and evenutally pushed humes and elves a like out of their homes. The Fowl were given the state of Minhiriath. The Loyals were given Dunland. The Scales were given Eriador. And the Hunters traveled the farthest, down South to the desert kingdoms of Haradwaith and Khand. Over 400 more years of war and racism, the sea began to settle once more. The races began making more pacts, and a huge race war was on the brink of destroying everything. The Dwarves seemed exceptant of Loyals, as were the Dunadain. The Hunters settled easily with the men of the deserts and some even worked with the Orcs. The Goblins and the Scales got along well, often forging pacts of power. And the elves and humes loves many of the races, but Gondor and the race of Fowl seemed to make many pacts themselves. All of these were gone when the Dwarves attacked the Scales. The Goblins retaliated by making war with the dwarves. The Loyals attacked the Goblins, and then the humes attacked the goblins. But the Hunters and the men of the South wanted war with Gondor for many long years, and used the Chaos to spark war with them. The flames of war burned brightly. Chaos consumed the land. And all was almost lost...when the words and rumors of new metals of power being forged through Mount Doom. Weapons that would posses sacred abilities known to the new races only. And this would be the ultimate beginning of a new age.
They created the 4 weapons. The Winged Spear, The Fang Blade, The Loyal Axe, and the Serpent Bow. And the elves were cursed for letting the new races into Middle Earth. They were disgraced, and eventually the War turned its eyes on them. All of the countries teamed up against the Elves and Gondor. Only few of the Fowl defended them. A long war consumed the land....and peace was a luxury the elves realized had died with Aragorn...
The elves were chased out of their homes. Many of the goblins and Dwarves took over these lands. And a new Age began. The Age of the Inbetween....
The War left little government in power. The Goblins always had a King, often fat and lazy. The Loyals lived as Tribes. Chiefs were their thinkers. The Hunters and the Haradrim took little land from the war, yet prospered most out of the conflict (arms deals). The Orcs had little to do with the war, lest an Uruk was payed for hire here and there. The Kings of Rohan remained, but REMAINED fascist in their ways of life and government. Very human. Fairly racist. Little Loyals were let in and out of the country. The Dwarves and the Goblins formed as one country, and called themselves the "Druj" (pronounced d-r-uh-s [like "s" in "pleasure"]). They ruled from the North Eastern Kingdoms of Erebor and the Grey Mountains. They created a capital called Bermaz inbetween Rhovanion and Rivendell, in the Gladden fields. They burned down the Plains, and dug into the ground, creating a giant fortress of solitude. The Ents fought a brief war with the Druj, but it was useless. The Draco-Rides (Goblins riding dragons) used new found tactics to deeat anything and everything.
While the Humes of Gondor were kept at bay in their own war with the Scales for many years, the elves were nearely extinct...scouring the land...in search of a new home. For theirs had been taken from them...
But hope was not lost...entirely....
For a descendent of the Elven Witch Queen of many years ago claims royalty has not been lost among his kin...and that a new hope for the elven race is about to begin.


Join in the War that will shake the foundations of the new found Middle Earth. Choose a side. Pick a race (or multiple sides of the battles ahead), and fight for Middle Earth.


Before you make a template, know that many new races blumed out of the prosperity. Of the elves that stayed with the humans, many half-elves were born. They were called "The Lucious". They remain very much like humans, but posses the ability to age slower, and receive some hearing abilities. Other than that, they are very much human. Even though the elves are said to be nearly extinct, this new race caries many of the ancient secrets of their ancestors. And then of course we have the new races of Revion. The Fowl, The Hunters, The Loyals, and The Scales. And then a new breed of dwarf/goblin have been intermingled. They are commonly known as the drujj (2 j's). Oddly unlike their parents, these creatures are much larger than the average HUMAN!! Here are some visual examples:

carries all 7 on him at all times. Uses some magic to mind control 2 of them, while the others he uses with his hands.
Personality: Cool, calm, collected, very smart and sometimes quiet.
Bio: Born 210 years ago, was kept hidden and in an orphanage among humans. They accepted him, but when the Druj found out the orphanage was holding him captive, the orpahange was ran sacked and destroyed. He esacped with some of the other orphans, whom have all died by now, and lived in the woods for a shor time, finally finding himself in Minihairth. There he was raised with the Fowl for a time, and learned great skill sof war. He became the embassy of the Fowl for a time, and treaveled South to be with the Hunter for a long time. Now he leaves his duties as ambassidor, in search of his people and this promised Prince who claims revolution for the elven people in hiding.

Bio: Lived in hiding, hidden by the Scales for a long time. They wanted to steal the Elf kin and raise the elves to be a race that worked for them. In his maturing he found out the truth, and escaped their prison. He started filling in the empty pieces of his past, and is working with the Fowl to restore the elven prominence and government in Rivendell.
