Reo, I edited mine a litle to give Suzaku some more abilities. I hope they are your liking.

Abilities: Manipulation of Bullet Trajectory
Through an unknown strain of the Omega Virus, Si has the ability to change the trajectory of the bullets he fires from his guns. However, he cannot alter the speed at which the bullets travels, and he can't have the bullets make sharp turns, so he usually only has time to change the bullet's direction once before it hits something solid.
X-Ray Vision
The Omega Virus seems to have Targeted Si's eyes especially well, and he is given the ability to see through solid objects. In order to do so, however, the object must be at rest (Walls, Stationary Vehicles, etc.), which Z is somewhat jealous . To see through a moving object, he himself must be traveling at roughly the same speed as the object.
Ultra-Enhanced Sight
Again, Self-Explainatory. Si can see VERY far away, which he uses to his advantage when he is aiming. Again, this leaves his eyes very sensitive, being one of his top weaknesses.
Manipulation of Fire
By channeling his own body heat, Si can throw fire burning at roughly 1000 Degrees Fahrenhiet with relitive ease. Through a bit of focus, he can rig the bullets he fires to give off a small explosion upon impact.
Enhanced Speed
NOT SUPER SPEED. Si can only run at about 25 MPH MAX, 30 if he sprints. By aid with his hands, he can literally run up walls for a few seconds.

Biography: Si was born to a very priviledged family, and his family was very wealthy. When the Omega Virus hit, Si's parents thought they could literally out-run it, and moved to Rome. They were wrong, obviously, and Si's parents died and left Si an Alpha as a result. Si tried to live off his inheritance for a while, and, if it weren't for them sharing a birthday, Him and Z might have never gotten to know eachother enough to become friends, but he had to go to the institute after accidently burning down His and Z's school. Z joined him for reasons explained in his profile. Si acts as the calm voice of reason for Z's firery personality, and the Two Balance eachother out. While Z attempts to hit on girls with an arrogant personality, Si tends to approach girls with a sense of dignity, which leaves him more successful, even if it is only barely. Though he's not the most motivated in the fight against the Fraternity, he does so feeling it will avenge his parents death. Always glad to help a teammate in need, Si puts his best foot foward, come hell or high water.
Other: Likes to Read, especially epic poems. Has a light Haitian accent, and yes, he IS black, no I'm not racist, it's just how I see him.

Abiltiies: Manipulation of Fire
Allows Vex to control any form of fire and even allows him to form fireballs from his hands, although it's very painful for him which is why he wears his heat resistence gloves. Another downside to this is that although he can use it freely, he has no control of it when his emotios flow certain ways.
Heighten Senses
This allows Vex to, in his mind, slow down things around him as they happen. For example, if he were to be in a fight, his mind would slow the fight down allowing it to be easier for him to dodge hits.
Acceleration of the Mind
Vex can easily pick up and learn things 5x's quicker than the average mind, which helped him to skip a grade. This also makes oblivious some of the things around him.
Telekenesis
Not much to explain about this one. This allows Vex to move and do things with his mind. However, it has a range of 17 1/2 feet.

Biography: Born in Maryland, Vex, at one point in his life, was abandoned when he was only 4. As he was lost and alone at that time, he turned to gang activity hoping it would be a substitution. At the age of 13 the Omega Virus had hit where he lived, causing him to go into a coma for three months. His gang bretheren left him.....again he was abandoned. When he awoke from his coma he had gained newfound powers, which to him was a curse at the time. He soon found out he was abandoned by his 'family' which left him with the thirst for vengeance. This thirst forced him to kill the people whom he thought were family, in secrecy of course. Afterwards, he enrolled himself into the Alpha Institute, seeking a safe haven form the world of violence, betrayl, and lies that his mind lead him to believe he was in.

King of Darkness, your character Vex is 15, and was born in 1994. Its at least 2012 according to Reo's previous posts. If he was born in 94 that means he'd be at least 18. so change one or the other. To make mathematical sense, lol.

Thought I'd make an official character for the "Principal" of this Institute, seeing as how he may be an important character later on and an important character to have in general since no one has made one yet.


Name: Crystal, Wilson (High Counselor of the Institue)

Abilities: The Omega Virus that was planted into him by the government gave him a small ability to use telekinesis, very small compaired to many of the master students of this ability. For the High Counselor his powers are very mediocre, such as adapted vision, skeleton structure, and mind reading abilities, but his main ability is the ability to turn himself into pure fire. He can become like a living consciouness of fire that can move freely through the atmosphere, and can reform where ever he pleases. Some bionary chemical in his blood stream allows him to instantly incinerate on command, and then through an unexplainable bionary consciousness through the particles of flame reform into a carbonated human being. When he reforms it often leaves him very tired and weak, panting. But he can fly around in thie "fire spirit" form for days without reforming if he so wishes.

Biography: He, unlike most, was chosen due to his military experience to undertake the role of the Head Counselor of the Institute. The Government fabricated the Virus and used certain medicines to keep him alive during his stages of the sickness. The Virus's random gift giving didn't give him just one specific gift, but many. Often very small, but none the less a very adaptive warrior. With his battle experience he can be a deadly weapon in battle, and yet they stuck him in a schooling facility. Unlike most who were stuck working there, he loved the oppurtuniy. For a very big man working with the military in the past, he was a very kind and gentle man. He knew many of the Fraternity members before they formed the Fraternity, and hasn't spoken to many of them since.
