Sephiroth in BBS? (SPOILERS!!!)

All right then that makes sense. So then seeing that Zack looks young then all of the other FFVII characters will look different.

 

smh.. what do you think? they won't look different, they would look longer, that applies to every FF character we have seen

 

Well Zack doesn't look like muscular Zack he looks like he has an eating disorder.

 

Well use common sense? Its 10 years before KH2, they made Zack like a kid, they were probably aiming for a few years before he joined Solider, seeing on how he was at the Coliseum, he was probably, idk training to be in Soldier <-- but all of this is if we were going off the storyline of KH

 

They never went off of the FFVII storylines with the sidestories for the character though.

 

Actually they kinda did, they just sort of washed them down and twisted it. Though again if you use common sense you can tie them in. they just took the storyline of FF7 and made it fit into KH

 

All right then, then what's the random deal with Cloud trying to find "his light"

All I can say is I hope they are in it.

 

I would like to see them both in it.Plus since all the Final Fantasy characters are probably teens during Maleficent's takeover of Hollow Bastion it is likely that none of their stories take place,though the start may have happened.Squall was probably training in be a soilder for Radient Garden and got his scar during that fight,not sure how the others would work,though it also depends on if Cloud lived in Radient Garden as well.I believed he did then,but I am not sure.

 

Everyone is overthinking this. It is very possible that all Final Fantasy characters are in Kingdom Hearts as a way of bringing familiar worlds together in a recognizable way, and actually have nothing to do with their original games -.-. There is no SeeD, there is no SOLDIER. If there was, don't you think it would've been referenced by Squall, or Cloud/Zack? The reason they all talk about things that can be interpreted as plot elements from their Final Fantasy game is because we, the player, understand what they mean.

For instance: Cloud and Tifa in Kingdom Hearts 2 have their lovey dovey "You can have my light" scene where Sephiroth is berating Cloud about Cloud's darkness. All the character's currently wear their Advent Children garb since KH2 came out after Advent Children. Well this ENTIRE SCENE is just SUMMARZING Advent Children in the same way that the "Find my Light" Cloud piece from KH1 is just SUMMARZING Cloud's attitude from Final Fantasy 7. They are allusions, not direct plot elements.

Squall has a scar, because thats just what Squall looks like. He had a scar in FF8, so he has one here. If you want to look so deep into it you can assume he got it when he "failed to protect everyone from the heartless" and so changed his name to Leon. But it is not even important, because when it comes down to it, it is only done to make the character appear like his FF counterpart. And people, Zack is in Olympus Colliseum for one reason only, he isn't training to be a SOLDIER (if he was, why would he already have the standard issue SOLDIER sword?) What is Zack's dream? TO BE A HERO. What is the ONLY plot element in Olympus Coliseum? BECOMING HEROES. Heyo.

As far as Sephiroth appearing, I think (if any FF7 ultra boss were to appear, I'm not saying they will) It will be more likely that it is Genesis. Zack and Sephiroth don't have the same connection that Cloud and Sephiroth do, although if Sephiroth were to appear it would be a way to explain in game Zack's dissapearance from the KH world.

 

So this is basically what i was saying. Thanks Zenrot for savin me the trouble of typing it, BUT there is one thing i would like to challenge you on.

Of course there is a Soildier <- why else would cloud be going after sephiroth? The events of FF 7 thats why, well except for Arieths death What KH is doing is following the storyline of each FF character we see, but they aren't doing it as direct. they aren't putting it out in the open. Why? because KH is Sora's story, not Clouds, not Squalls, not Tefa's. The FF just have a side story. Cloud is the one FF character who all the fans want to see. They are interested in his story. So nomura of course played to that advantage

 

I just hope they wont add too hard battles, I mean optional are cool like Sephirot in KH and KH II. I think I`m going to have trouble getting through it even as it is, seems pretty hard based on the cutscenes and stuff I`ve seen. But I kinda hope there would be Sephiroth, I like fighting him.

 

Zack may be just a younger version of Cloud. It could happen. Genesis is a big pppphhht. I don't think that there would be anyway for Nomura to try and add in Genesis as to explain the elements of KH and the ties between Zack and Sephiroth. I think that Zack has fell into darkness lost his heart.

 

I doubt it,but Im not ruling that out either SB.However,it has been said before that the Final Fantasy characters are only "guests". That is why they dont have their own world,instead all living on different,original worlds.Really,you cant have Squall's story with Siefer,atleast not the true one.Likewise,Zack and Cloud would have to know each other for that story to work.Doesnt mean they dont here,but we dont know that yet.Hell,the two dont have to tie in,it could be that in KHIII Genesis attacks,maybe even having braiwashed Zack if he appears,or having captured him.After all,as we have seen Aerith,he doesnt have to be dead here.

 

Aerith don't even know Zack and just like I stated in my earlier posts, Final Fantasy characters don't have to know everyone. Selphie don't know Squall. Do Sephiroth knows Aerith, probably so but I don't think that they will end up killing Aerith like in the actual game. Tidus don't even know Yuna or Rikku and Wakka only knows Tidus. This is the KH Universe and it's elements kicks out any relationships of Final Fantasy elements and makes it's own ties between Final Fantasy characters. That is why Radiant Garden is Squall and Aerith's home world and maybe Rinoa, if she ever or even appears in KH3.

 

Yeah. In KH1, Jiminy's journal entry for Cloud says that he is an ex-SOLDIER.

 

Is it the same though?Something I want cleared up before I start making more points for my view,where is Cloud from,Radient Garden with Leon and the others,or a different,as of yet unreavled world?I know he lives on Radient Garden now,but they never said if he was from there in the first game.As far as i remember at least.

 

well, you know, in bbs you could fight Zacks master, forgot his name but the guy with the big sword that he never used. You could fight him, but really, i mean Cloud says he needs find his light, he hates seph but becasue there just destined to fight. but really, i can't think he will be in BBS, i mean he would have to be young too, and also he would have to good so he wouldn't be as strong or have his dark wing. So he couldn't be in it, and he might not have his long sword. I think we could see Zacks Master, i think we will.

 

But that does not validate the existence of SOLIDER in the KH universe. It's just a summary of Cloud's character (the ORIGINAL Cloud). If the logic is that KH is following all FF stories losely, why are seifer and selphie children while Squall is older, and none of them know each other?

Sephiroth is Cloud's darkness in the Kingdom Hearts universe. We BELIEVE the cause to be the events of final fantasy 7, and we know that because we've played FF7, its a literary technique, that doesn't reach the equivalence of canon.
