As is obvious from my presence on this site, I like Kingdom Hearts. Well, only the first one, really. I personally think II's plot was a little too all-over-the-place, and I really didn't care for Org XIII as villains, and plus the story-to-gameplay ratio was a little too high for my tastes. Except Luxord. Luxord was cool. Of course, this is subject to change, as I'm liking what I'm seeing from BBS, and I have yet to play 358/2 days so I have no idea if I'll like it or not. Truth be told, I'll probably spend most of my time lurking and occasionally commenting on news from Squeenix, since I really don't have all that much to say about the already existing titles.

I guess I'll throw this out since there's so much overlap between fandoms: I LOVE Final Fantasy. That is, classic Final Fantasy, I-VI (even the much maligned II and the much ignored V). There's a good reason my RLFs call me "the grouchy old man of the FF fandom." While this nickname something of an exaggeration (I don't think the later titles are ALL bad, I just don't care for them as much as the old ones), I HAVE earned it. I dunno how much this will come up, this being a KH forum rather than an FF forum, just keep it in mind if you wanna talk FF with me.

One last thing: Please oh please don't give me that "read the rules" speil. I read the rules on every forum I visit, and get told to read them so many times after I have already done so that it's getting kind old.

@Libertine: I... don't understand. That Oscar the Grouch bit I guess makes sense with my "grouchy old man" remarks, but that umbrella bit is just confusing me. Thank you for the welcome though.

 

@ Dark Riku: Alas, FFV is doomed to forever fall by the wayside, ignored even by many fans of RPGs from that era. It's perfectly understandable why, seeing as its two releases outside Japan were either horrible (Anthology) or well after it was relevant (Advance).
I'm kinda surprised to see another fan of the older FFs on a KH forum, truth be told, seeing how much it draws from the newer ones. Really, I would love to see Cecil, Bartz, and/or Terra Branford in a new KH game.
