"How should we know? Everyone thought the heartless were defeated for good." Nebilim said while walking towards the man, wiping the dirt from his shoulder. "Something's definatly wrong.." He stopped to think for a while, and unsummoned his keyblade. What the heck just happened? he thought

  2. Chapter 1: Ignorance

Kuris continued to look about the fiery and destroyed plaza and frown in sadness. But this sadness was removed when the people of Traverse Town arrived back and looked at the young people who had just used their keyblades to halt the assault on their world. A slow clap began to rise and the slow rose to an uproar of approval and thanks. The ruler along with a small group of monks and advisors amerged from the crowd and the crowd stopped cheering.

The man raised his hands and began to speak. "My borthers and sisters, tonight, we almost faced destruction, but these fine young ones saved us!" The crowd cheered again but the man raised his hand again and spoke to Kuri, who was the cloesest, "However . . . as history has shown us, on Heartless assault does not mean the end of a full blown attack. There are probably many Heartless contemplating another attack on another world and other worlds. We must be prepared and sound the alarm as we were the first to be attacked by these beings of the dark. " He walked toward Kuris and spoke to him in a somewhat low voice, "You and these other wielders must go and find a man known as Yen Sid. He is within the world of Twilight Town. You can get to him by a train. Move swiftly, for I fear that the Heartless will spread even faster after this failed attack."

Kuris nodded and took a parchment that the man handed to him. "We will give you all you need for your travels. There is a Gummi Ship in the first district that will be able to take all of these people with you. Go forth and bring back balance to the world again keyblade wielders." The man smiled and crowd nodded and Kuris turned around to the others and sighed under his breathe. "Jeez . . . I don't really think I'm a real leader, he ust dumped all this on me . . . oh well might as well start."

Kuris walked to the group of wielders and waved to them and spoke. He had never had to speak to more than one person. Hikari bumped him slightly and told him, "C'mon Kuris, no need to be nervous."

Kurai added in and spoke to him, "Yeah, we got your back if they don't wanna listen." Kuris nodded and breathed in a spoke to the other wielders. "Well umm, hey. I'm Kurisutofu but you can call me Kuris or even K, whatever works. It looks like we have a large job to do, but I think, no I know we can get it done." He looked about and his face flushed in embarrassment, he felt like a fool. "S-so yeah, who wants in?"

"Is he kidding us?" Nebilim thought to himself. "He can barely have a conversation without stumbling over his words, stand for leading us to victory. Though it would be fun to see old master Yen-sid again."
Nebilim stepped forward. "Fine, i'll go with you to see what old Yen-sid has to say." he said.
"I can promise no more, though"

  4. K's eyes lowered in slight stupidity. "Yeah . . . this guy thinks I'm a bloody moron." Hikari bounced around and began to cheer, "Yay, yay! We got someone!"
Kurai snorted and looked at her with one eye, "Oh yeah, biiiiiig deal, one guy . . . And this guy think K's an idiot anyway."

"Yen sid? That old coot?" Ren said a little surprised. Thats the old man he gave me these two keychains i got. He never did teach me about summoning the keyblades though. He looked at his suitcase, which held both keyblades and his keychains, not that he ever used any others than the ones he had already attached to his keyblade. "Why would we need to talk to him? Just bust up heartless and find the World of Darkness that existed forever ago. Best way to take out a whole bunch in one go." He smiled. Life was certainly a lot less boring.

  6. "Yes but there's always more than one reason to things with the Heartless. They may be instinctive but there is always one person that they follow. So we need to find that person and then we'll be able to stop whatever is going on here." K began to start off to the first district without waiting for the others.

"It's gonna be very hard to find that one person." Ren said starting after K. "I mean, he has droves of the things at his beck and call. If we try anything about the things, he'll go into hiding and send as much our way as possible. I'm pretty confident about myself, but I doubt i can bring down all the heartless that come after me." Ren looked at his case. I can't even summon my keyblades. If I get disarmed, i'm toast.

  8. As stepped down off the last step in the First District, two men came running out of a humongous Gummi Ship in a sort of Military attire. They bowed to them all and the first one, tall and thin spoke to them. "Hello and welcome aboard the S.S. Traverse. It's the true pride and joy of Traverse Town's Gummi Fleet. Let us take you onboard and give you a tour before we leave." K nodded and Hikari and Kurai followed him in bouncing around in their blissfulness.

"Sweet. It's been a while since i flew on one of these." He remembered his old ship, and winced at the memory of him crashing it into a big tree outside traverse town. "Ya, these were awesome." He followed the two military guys as they started their tour.

Nebilim followed the folly crowd and looked around as they went in the starship. "Wow, this thing's huge!" he thought as he prefered not to say it out loud. "I've never actually been in a gummi-ship this big. I didn't know they made these." he put his hands in his pockets and let out a deep breath. "I should sleep more. I'm getting tired"

A train chugged swiftly along the tracks from Central Station, springing out into the outskirts of Twilight Town. The train, colored purple, and crowned by the form of a pointed wizards hat decorated with stars was a peculiar one. Though it was not so due to its appearance. Rather, the nature of this train in particular had been the reasoning for the legends built around it. It possessed no driver to operate it along its course. It simply ran on its own mysterious force. It had no conductor to summon forth its passengers, and keep things in order. But then, there had been only a small number of people who had ever cared to travel along its tracks. The emptiness, and the forlorn nature of this vessel had earned it the title of “The Ghost Train.” And many of the townsfolk had come to practically worship the legends around it.

Many had come to believe that the train simply disappeared as soon as it left the station, and the town’s limits. They had fancied for their lifetimes as a mere illusion, something that wasn’t entirely there at all. But that was because they had reason to board such a train, whose destination was unknown, and possibly as unsettling as the train itself, if not more so. But a single ride upon it would have revealed that it was not bound for oblivion, but for an equivalent of pure wisdom on subjects only a handful of people could ever grasp. On this particular day, the train housed but a single passenger: A young resident of Twilight Town going by the name of Atov Carcelli. Sadly, there were few people in the town that actually know of him anymore. It wasn’t that his acquaintances had all left from the town.

On the contrary, he had simply left at a younger age. He’d been only fifteen at the time of his departure, following the death of his parents to a rather nasty bout of flu. Being that he had had no living relatives within the boarders of the town, he saw it necessary to seek out his fortune as a traveler. It was either that, or he’d have been submitted into being the newest acquisition of the local orphanage. No child ever wanted to arrive in such a place. Folklore, and media had consistently made the point that the breeds of home known as orphanages were far from savory. And reports had seemed to confirm that thought. Just before leaving town, the local tabloids had run an investigation of sorts upon the place. Their consensus: That an orphanage was no place for any child to grow.

Therein rested the reasoning for his leave. He simply had to put the memories of his childhood behind. Only then, he had believed he would become a true adult. And from what he could see, he had turned into the very epitome of what a man was: Attractive, passionate, and of course, intelligent. But there were things that even he had failed to learn in his travels. Mysteries from days passed that not even he could have discerned loomed around every corner now. Stars vanishing from the night skies, strange shadows stalking people from around every corner of the city streets. He had poured his mind out over the books of La’Moro DeSanti, but not even their pages seemed carry the hints of unraveling the mystery of the old days. Hence, Atov found the necessity in returning home once more. Naught but one man knew the answers to his questions: The sorcerer, Yen Sid.

Ren had walked around the town for a bit, tapping his usual sources and buying a few elixirs. After wards he had ended back at the ship, as techs were just finishing checking it out. "Get aboard if your going." The pilot said to him. Ren ran up the ramp, and quickly claimed one of the better rooms for his own. He was that kind of guy.

  15. K walked into the Gummi Ship was greeted by a large group of individuals who would be their one way ticket to Twilight Town. As he moved into the bridge of the ship, he was greeting by a man taller than he. The man had a very sculpted build, as if he only lifted weights and ate tough meats. He looked around the amazing inner works of the ship and noted the gunners stationed at the sides of the ship. "Wow . . . this is amazing!"

"Ya dern right bout that ther son! I am Captain Grant of this here vessel . . . Top o' the line in gummi ship technology. She was built during the first crisis but never really got to see any actshin. I reckon that this time might be a whole heckovalot different."

K tried his best to keep up with the man's country accent, "Y-yes . . . I believe so too." The man shifted his feet from a sharp attention to a more leisurely at ease and looked down at K with soft but intimidating eyes. K looked back up slightly uncomfortable and saw that the man had a series of scars on his cheek, eye, and nose. "That's right . . . these is what happens to yeh if ya ain't oneadem Keybaladables.; Ya get hurt, and ya get hurt bad . . ." K looked away, fearing that he was being rude. Hikari moved in close to Kurai and whispered, "Wow . . . this guy looks like he's been through a lot."

Kurai breathed out a sigh of sarcasm and responded, "Ugh, duh Hikari."

Nebilim opened one of the room's doors, only to see the extravagant luxe of the room. He took a deep breath, and gathered all of his courage to lay down on the perfectly neat bed. Very slowly he walked towards it. But then stopped before it. He took a small step back, and rougly jumped on it, only to bounce back again.
"Wohoo!" he said joyfully. "This cap'n must be really wealthy!" he heard the engine starting to roll.

  17. After a few hours of waiting, an announcer's voice came up on the P.D.A. "All passengers, prepare for takeoff." The ship rumbled and jostled until it K felt nothing but a smooth, weightless shift. He looked outside his window and held his breathe in amazement. "No way!" he exclaimed.

Hikari and Kurai's eyes light up unnaturally as they swooned a sentimental, "OOOOOOOOOOOOOH!"

"So, looks like we took off." Ren said looking outside the ship. "Stars sure are nice today. It's a good day to travel to a different world." He vaguely recalled his old ship, the Wind Cutter[/I To bad about that asteroid. It hadn't really been Ren's fault. He had tried to destroy the asteroid with a missle. It blew up from a different ship that had fired on it first, pelting the Wind Cutter's shields until it ran out of power and crash landed on the planet that held Traverse Town. It hadn't been all bad. It could have been the Deep Jungles.

  19. K was in a total state of ecstasy, he had never been in space at any time of his life. He stared out into the void again and watched as they past asteroids and all sorts of astral things. "If only they were here to see this." he thought in his head thinking about his two friends. Things were going great with his two friends until a horrible incident had happened that separated them all. He was onlya small child when had gotten his weapons.
