As for this rumor. It's false and stupid. Kingdom hearts 3 may be in secret production, but I it's probably far from finished. Though we should know for sure that there will be another game.

 

They haven't even started production yet.

Tetsuya Nomura has said many, MANY times, that he has a basic plot and story for the game but won't be making a start on it due to him and his team all working on other games at the moment. I have a feeling that we won't be seeing KH3 for AT LEAST another two to three years.

 

I Would love to prove that wrong, though I can't . I Think we will here an announcment by the end of this year/start of next year. There is no doubt there is another Kh title. There is no doubt that Nomura is going to go through with it. Nomura has more then a basic plot down though.

 

They are focusing on FF so

 

Actually No the FF game they were focusing on is on pause. Nomura is focusing on a FF game but not the KH team. So they couldn't be doing anything right now..like KH3

 

Most of Kingdom Hearts staff are working on the FF game. Even Yoko Shimomura, Shinji Hasamoto, and Kazushige Noshima do.

So this so called "KH3" progress in my concern will be a bit delayed but who knows?

 

I'll say this one more time. Most of the Kingdom Hearts staff WAS working on FF 13 Versus, That production for Versus stopped completely. The team who was working on Versus went to help work on the regular Final Fantasy 13. Since that game is completed they aren't going to start working on Versus for another few months. Which means they could be concentrating on Kingdom Hearts, since they are the KINGDOM HEARTS TEAM.

 

Wait, i don't understand one part. They have to stopped working on Versus for another month just because the Final Fantasy XIII is released? They already stopped (or delayed) the Versus progress because of BBS and 358/2 days and even Coded. Why would they delayed the progress again for the future KH game? FF Versus XIII is highly anticipated. They are Kingdom Hearts Team, yes. But they also have another duty from the Square Enix itself to continue the progress of FF game.

And on other note, The future kh game is on progress but slow not that on hurry. That's my point on my last post.

They stopped working on Versus, to help with the main Final Fantasy 13 title. Which is now complete.
Now that its complete, they still have yet to continued to start it again. Though they did release new game play footage of Versus. The KH team is probably going to start on Versus within the next few months. But while they are waiting, im sure they ALREADY have some set ideas for the next KH title...
And may be working on it sesne again they are the KH TEAM

FML. No they didn't stop, only i think it was half (or something im not sure) of the KH team worked on Coded, BBS, and Days. Some employees even alternated between the two games.

Kingdom Hearts 3 announcement will kill the shit out of Versus' anticipation. Sense BBS did sell almost 500k within its first few days, it hasn't even been a week yet. It's sold out everywhere in japan, thats not even an exaggeration

But while there not doing shit for SE, they will be working on Kingdom Hearts..KH is there main priority. there is also a Final Fantasy team, but sense they are using the Kingdom Hearts battle system, they do need the KH team to help them with the battle system thats probably it. because the have the Advent Children team for graphics...and idk who's doing the story possibly Nomura

hey i saw this somewhere, but it's like really not true. there just putting the fianl touchs to bbs. so kh3 is not close to being ready, maybe not to 2012.

 

I think it´s only good to keep a little break here. Wait for BBS to get its english version and spread it around the world. At least I don`t want to think about kh3 for a while since I`m still working on 358/2 and waiting for BBS. It would get complicated if there are like three KH games out in Japan that haven`t still arrived in.. let`s say Finland for example. So these lil' breaks give us here in europe some time to catch up.

But yeah, I think we`ll just have to wait and see what happens.

 

Surprises me how much you say know, but don't know anything..Final Touches to BBS? BBS is complete.
