This is no ordinary school. There are lost of secrets surrounding this school. Some people look for this school. Some people are sent a letter and, by their own families, are forced to attend this school. Some look at this school as a treturous place. Some look on it as a home. This is not a school for normal people. If you get a letter, you are no longer considered "normal." Some people want letters. Some people think that you are very luck if you don't get a letter. However, if you do attend this school, your aren't the only ones in the world who aren't normal.

This is an advertisement for a school.
This school is for people who have abilities.
If you have such abilities you must attend or you can not and be,
the opposite of the people attending the school.

This is my first roleplay every (as in creating one and it is only my second roleplay actually being in) please give it a chance and join (hey maybe i will finally learn how to actually role play)

The concept of this roleplay is teenagers with abilities are forced to join a school for having these abilities. Some people join the school, but of course for some people that have abilities being forced to join a school is wrong and they dont like the discrimination so they form a group that hate and dispise the school, all that go there and the kind of people that tried to put them there, aka normal people.

Also remeber if you got a letter your powers have not revealed themselves yet so the school will try to help you discover what they are but if you know what you want your powers to be go ahead and put them on here. Unless there is some reason you already have your powers before you got the letter just put that in your origin. Also your powers may evolve but when they do evolve you lose the old powers ok and it can't be extreme evolvement. Still no unstoppable powers and things like that aka god moding.

The leader of the evil group can name the group what ever the like. Thank you and please give some input please.

no god modding or unstoppable powers and like dont have too many really lol like make it a limit (kind of think about the x men style but this isn't x men so we have unique powers and our powers can grow and evolve.) And through out the story the school continually gains students and the group gains members. The school is there to teach people to hon and controll their powers as they grow and evolve so they dont become over powered by their own body and so they dont lose controll. The school also keeps children from using thier powers in the open and to use their powers to help people and make good choices. The Group on the other hand continually harass the members of the school and they learn how to control their powers however they aren't taught to not use them in public. They terrorize the regualar people (sometime) and at times members of the group lose control of thier powers. Basically the group are evil and the school help try to keep the piece. (kinda the same concept of x men in the concept but it will be very different trust me.)

Did character get a letter or how did they hear about the school:His parents found an add for the school online and got him accepted, forcing him to attend the school but since he wants to get away for them so bad he went ahead and went to the shool.

School or Group(Evil):School

Abilities (if discovered or if you have an idea so we get a variety and not too many doubles:Toraa's abilities and powers are to control and produce darkness to do his will. Later his powers evolve into him being able to use the darkness form,
which allows him to still use his powers of darnkess still but to also cast a variety of spells to allow his darness to do things not done before.

Origin:Toraa has no idea where he was born. All he knows is that as a baby his parents adopted him and he discovered at the age of 4 that they were his adoptive parents. Ever since then he has had the attitude that everyone in the world hates him and doesn't want him. He gets that idea from his adoptive father who shows Toraa that fact by always yelling at him and showing him that he is an unwanted adopted child who apperently was a mistake. At the age of 8, Toraa's abalities began to show themselves when one night his father yelled at him for no reason and Toraa some how bended the darkness to pin his father against the wall and then throw him out of his room. Ever since then Toraa's parents have been afraid of him and finally found a way to get him away from them by sending them to Zenima bording school for the gifted.

Abilities: Bando has control over ice. He can freeze any water, chill any breeze, and even make flames turn to ice. He's immune to feeling cold and can't be frozen. He's able to shoot blasts of ice from his hands and even turn his body into unbreakable ice if he needs to. People that get near him always feel as if the temperaturs just dropped twenty degrees.

Bio: Bando had overall a normal childhood. The only difference was that he never seemed to get cold. He'd walk out in the middle of winter with just shorts and a t-shirt and actually complain he was too hot. At his sixth birthday, when he went to blow out the candles on his cake, he froze it by accident. Since then he was aware he was different and everyone began treating him like a freak. Even his parents wouldn't get to close because the air around him was freezing. This continued for years until a week after turning seventeen, that was when a letter was delivered to his house. An invite to a special school with otherd like him. After talking it over with his parents he left the following day. His parents loved him but felt that he was just too different to live with normal people, but he's welcome back at anytime. Upon arriving at the school he noticed other kids doing strange things and instantly felt right at home. It's the beginning of his third year at the school and he loves every bit of it, though he still heads home to visit his family during the holidays.

Personality: Bando is cheery and good hearted, always having a smile on his face and laughing about something. He loves the school and wants to one day stay on as a teacher. He's helpful when he can be. Bando's nickname is CB, standing for Cold Buddy. Despite how cold his ability is, many are shocked by how warm he comes off. He's a pretty good fighter, but ge dislikes violence. He'll only fight to protect, and he almost never loses his temper.

Did character get a letter or how did they hear about the school: His freind was the one who received the letter, but died shortly after. Alex took the letter, beleiving it had something to do with his death.

Abilities (if discovered or if you have an idea so we get a variety and not too many doubles): Born with the ability of Pyrokinesis, able to produce flames at will.

Origin: After being born, his family immediately gave him up for addoption. 11 years later, he soon discovered he had the unusual talent of controling flames, using this minor manipulation of fire to pull pranks and such on the staff who watched over him and the other orphans. A year later he soon gain more control over his unique abilities, and being tired of the abusive treatment of the people who took care of them, he escaped. Being quite popular among the other children, he helped them leave, all of them soon taking refuge in an abandoned warehouse were they stayed, stealing whatever they needed, and whatever they wanted.

Origin: I think i just answered that one. U.S.A.
History: Accidentally set his curtains on fire when he was young. His parents heard about the school, so they sent him there on his 14th birthday.
Other: Likes to chill with his guitar. In fact, he usually looks like he is dancing when he is battling. Has a bad temper, and sometimes starts fires with it. If he wants a controllable flame though, he has to make it. Once he has a fire, he can shape it to his will.
