He was captured and sent to trial for 1st Degree Murder and is labeled Scitzphrenaic and thus is held in the top level of The Ward in the first cell at the highest floor.

Any where you want. Haven't posted in a while so you can pretty much place him where you want. If you its alright with KoD you could also add to suspense or mystery and not really say who killed him, only that he died.
