Would make a good Book Series or Cartoon or Anime show. Just think of it. How Cool it would be. And it all would Start with Ansam. Discovering the Heartless. Could you see it be a cool Cartoon Series.

Story one would be a Series called The distruction of Raident Garden.

List of Characters For Story one:

    Ansem the Wise
    Kairi
    Kairi's grandmother
    Xehanort
    Maleficent
    Princess Aurora

Let's say for just saying that Raident Garden is the World name of all The Final Fantasy Worlds. Think of the Possibilities.

    Squall Leonhart
    Cid
    Aerith Gainsborough
    Yuffie Kisaragi
    Cloud Strife
    Sephiroth
    Tifa Lockhart

However this list above are only a list of the ones that appeared in Kingdom Hearts games.

They have a Manga for it already. I wouldn't look forward to an anime or cartoon, but would probably watch for the sake of being a fan.

However I am talking a Total Break down of the Game. Remember all of this started because of Ansem the Wise finding a Heartless and expermenting on it. It says so in his writings. Story ones Star Character should be Ansem The Wise cause he is the one who started it all.

I just found this on a search for the Heartless list.

According to legend, the people of the universe once lived in harmony on one world, with their hearts full of light. Unfortunately, they began to selfishly fight over the light, and darkness grew within their hearts, covering everything and destroying the world. The light survived in the hearts of children, who were able to rebuild the broken fragments of the one world into many, smaller worlds. However, the true light was still hidden in the darkness, so the worlds remained separate. <---- So with the way this reads could the People of the Light be Mortal Versions of Gods?

At least a decade before the events of Kingdom Hearts, Ansem the Wise, king of Radiant Garden, took it upon himself to study the darkness within human hearts, so he and his apprentices, Xehanort, Braig, Dilan, Even, Aeleus, and Ienzo, conducted experiments on the heart beneath his castle, the Hollow Bastion.

Ansem Report 1 While these tests began with simple psychological tests on willing subjects like Xehanort Secret Ansem Report 1, they quickly snowballed and eventually caused their subjects' hearts to collapse, producing the first Heartless. Ansem Report 2 Unable at first to determine what they were, Ansem named them "Heartless" due to their apparent lack of emotion.Ansem Report 3 After finding that the Heartless were naturally drawn to the worlds' Keyholes Ansem Report 5, he invented a machine within the Heartless Manufactory which recreated the conditions which naturally spawned Heartless in order to create artificial Heartless. In order to differentiate the natural and artificial Heartless, Ansem set the machine to mark its creations with the castle's emblem, and named the two types "Pureblood" and "Emblem", respectively. Ansem Report 8 After a visit from King Mickey Mouse of Disney Castle, Ansem ceased his experiments Secret Ansem Report 2, but they were taken up by his apprentices, and he was exiled to the Realm of Nothingness. Secret Ansem Report 3 To further their research into Heartless, as well as the Keyblade and the Princesses of Heart, the apprentices cast off their bodies and surrendered their hearts to darkness, giving birth to their Heartless and Nobodies. Against expectations, Xehanort's Heartless retained his human form Ansem Report 12, as did the apprentices' Nobodies. Eventually, the witch Maleficent learned of the Heartless and began using them in her quest for power, and gave the power to lead the Heartless to those who joined her in her quest. Nine years before the events of Kingdom Hearts, she sent a swarm of Heartless to conquer the Radiant Garden, causing it to be lost to darkness so completely that only the castle of Hollow Bastion remained, even in the survivor's memories.

    No.

The story would end up completely butchered. How often do they make movies or shows based on video games that turn out good? Or that could even honestly be termed decent? Not often enough from what I've seen.

I'd rather S-E and Disney stick with fleshing out the actual games.

  5. I agree with Toph, the story during the manga gets boned in the arse anyway. The actual games are a good enough story. And I think I've heard somewhere that they're making two books based off the series somewhere .

I will name two games Final Fanasty 7 and Xenosaga!

  7. Ventus

    Ventus Kickass Keyblader!

Disney Channel should SO make a cartoon of Kingdom Hearts or better yet a proper film!

  8. x3pic

    x3pic I'll Kill You.

No matter what way you look at it, Kingdom Hearts wouldn't make a good film what so ever live action or animated, especially if it live action.

On top of that, they would have to split the games up, and it would just be horrible. There would just be to much.

Lets keep it as a manga and a video game

    Kingdom Hears, lmao.

No. The story is too fine and tricky to be a movie. It would suck anyway and get horrible ratings.

I bet you I could write a pretty good Story based on the games and through in some back story of the FF characters.
Hasn't anyone ever wondered what happened to Cloud in the Kingdom Hearts universe to make him hate Sephiroth anyway? In the Final Fantasy universe we know what happened to them but what happen to make Cloud hate him in this universe? I want to know!

I think it was the same reason as in the FF-games, since it seemed that they already had their background stories from FF's. If I remember correctly.

But anyways. No more side-stories please. Manga had too many spin-offs already, what would anime be? Horrible. What would movie be? Gee.

  13. Unless you actually find the time to play through the game and write the story as you play, then I solely doubt anyone could adapt and make a good book out the series.

That was my plan To start from Day one when Sora first got the keyblade how ever I am going to take it one step futher. Ansem is the one who Truly started this war with the shadows. However Wouldn't it be cool if Sephiroth was the true Master Mind behind the Shadows Invasion. In my opinion Sephiroth is the embodment of evil. So its not that far of a leap. The day square finished the creation of Sephiroth was the day true evil had a face. I can't think of one Character that was truly as evil as Sephiroth. Anyone agree.

Then it becomes a fan based thing and not official.

Games turning into other media is a tricky thing to do. The other way around is more successful.
Take Harry Potter for example. Starts off as a book, then movies and then games and is one of the most successful franchises. Oh, and Disney would fall into this as well. They start off as stories/shows/movies and then games adapt from it. It works.
Games turning into movies mostly fail. I can't really think of any which could be good. Tomb Raider, Resident Evil, Doom, Far Cry. Never sparked my interest.

Yeah but the games are almost like a movie anyway. I me look at most of KH the entire series they are mostly a big movie and don't denie it. The KH series is my favorite cause unlike everything else it is on going. They wrote the story from Sora's P.O.V. and then Roxas's and why not from Ansem's. They could even do a game based on Mickey's P.O.V. that would be so cool. Plus would it be cool if Mickey and Sora could unite there Keyblades to form the Golden key that could unlock a even greater power than the Keyblade.
