How to Pronounce their names

    Okay, I just got Dissidia yesterday (Love the game). But as I was playing it, they pronounced some of the names differently than I have.

    Examples.

    Tidus. I thought it was pronounced TYE-DUS, but in the game they pronounce it TEE-DIS. It bugs me.

    Zidane. I thought it was pronounced how it was spelt. But they pronounce it ZI-DAN.

    Ultimecia. Same as Zidane. But they pronounce it ULTI-MESHA.

    That's all for right now. Haven't gotten far enough in Dissidia to hear any different sounding names.

    I always knew that Tidus and Zidane were pronounced that way but Ultimecia should be pronounced ULTI ME SEE YAH. It might just be that whoever said the name in game has a funny accent or something?

    I heard Tidus' name said aloud in a game a while back, I always used to call him Tye-dus too.
    Zidane is basic, watch football (soccer) and one of the greats has the same name.
    Ultimecia, confused me when I played the game at first but got my head around reading it at an early stage.

    Tidus, shocked me when I first heard the name spoken in KH1
    Or something like that.

    I always thought TYE-DUS or TIDE-US mentioning a "tide" since he likes water or something =P

    Another one would be "Chocobo"
    I heard FFX and XII have an extended "oh" after the first two "o". I always said "Choco" like Choco as an abbreviated Chocolate

    I've always pronounced chocobo as CHOKE-OH-BOE. My friends used to pronounce it KOKE-OH-BOE.

    i always found that wierd with Tidus's name too,always pronounced it tye-dus myself.always said Zidane that way,but Ultimecia is strange,I'll say that much.

    I've been knew that it was Tee-dus. As for Ultimecia, it more like Ut-ti-me-see-yah to me.

    For Tidus, I pronounce it (Tay-dus) I was like WTF when the narrator pronounced it TEE-DUS on Dissidia
    For Zidane, I pronounce it (Zee-Deyn) I was like WTF too
    when the Squall pronounced it ZEE-DAN on Dissidia

    After having gone through *most* of the game, I believe those three names are the only ones that seemed different than what I expected (Haven't heard Shantotto's name be said yet, if it is ever said).

    Also, Cecil and Firion are a little different than what I expected, but the Cecil thing is just pronouncing the E and the Firion thing is that I never saw the first I.
