Welcome To Reality

(So again, my other ideas don't seem to have generated the interest levels that I had hoped for, but hopefully, this one will be better off, as it's a bit more out of the box of a concept).

So,

Imagine our world, existing how it is of this day. Everything in the world is exactly how we see it when we step outside, or watch the news, or interact with it in any way. But there is now one "little" problem with reality...

Strange people have begun to show up within the world. These people have never been accounted for, or even known by anyone here, though they seem to have some knowledge of each other, and even seem to have, in some cases, a history with one another.

Who are these people that have spontaneously come into being on Earth? Why, they're people that we here should all be familiar with. After all, we created them, giving them their gateway into real life. They are every, and any character that we have created for the sake of fiction, and somehow, they have sprung from our imaginations, and into real life.

What will they do in the real world? How will they respond to this new environment. And for those of them that mean ill upon reality, how will they be stopped?

(So essentially, this RP is one in which the characters that we have created, either on site or else where, even simply in our heads or in our notepads or in files on our computers have come into manifestation in the real world, as we all know it. The same places, the same people, and the same events occurring around us are still factors in the world. Yet they are, perhaps, soon to be disturbed by the arrival of these fictional characters. RPers will be allowed the use of any characters they have created (that is, any they will have created by the time the OOC is ready to go up, which won't be for a little while).

 

Well, I never read the plot for the VG Wars. But yes, that is essentially the idea, though it doesn't necessarily have to be a war, though I dare say that will be a result.
