    That one word means alot to many people. To many it means their childhood, playing with Megatron & Starscream in their backyards and crying while Optimus died in the first movie.
    To younger people it is the Beast Wars, with it's cool toys and animation.

    And younger generations have yet to experiance it...but now the new movie is here!
    Directed by Michael Bay, and co-produced by Steven Spielberg and Terry Murphy. Mr.Murphy has a nice message board where fans have voiced their (often negative) opinions and he answers back in like manner.

    Go Decepticons! The magic number is 7/4/07!

    :sigh: Now I know. But they have said 7/4/07 for the last two years so it's going to take a bit for that date to revert in my mind.

    I've waited two years to see this Movie. I haven't been this excited in a long time. Yukou thank you for replying to my post, I am really said after the deaths of the Benoits.

    Ur mean Decepticons? Well the only thing that tick me off about this movie, is they change all the name around. And why all American cars? If Bumblebee was a sup up Nissan 350z with dubbs, that shit will look hot better than a camro. And also Optimus Prime is a FIRE truck, not a truck with flames..lolz. And what the hell is Megatron?

    Beast Wars was always my favourite incarnation anyway so this movie will probably disappoint me regardless of the quality.

    Alot of American cars because they are the companies that agreed to go in for the movie. Volkswaggen did not want anything to do with this movie do to the violence. (did you know the German auto industry was jumpstarted by the Nazis?)

    Beast Wars is good, but it's nothing compared to Generation One.

    Optimus Prime is not a fire truck. Please visit seibertron or allspark.

    Sry for posting in an old topic, but since all the comments are before the showing of the movie I thought it was ok...

    When I saw this movie I was glad that they kept OPs voice actor, or if it wasn't the same guy at least it was close to the original. Other then that, it was a good watch, graphics and animation amazing, but that was to be expected, they didn't toy with the main story too much, which was good IMO.
