Hades Paradox Cup

^^ I BEATEN THE PARADOX CUP! -_- That was real hard though. I'm at my max level but you really need a lot of potions with you. Not only that, I suggest that you keep on fighting the nobodies & enemies to get a lot of material items to make strength up & other stats to make Sora at his max. Donald & Goofy should be at their max too.

 

I beat that when i was level 71 (the lowest level i could)

I strongly suggest that you should only use "Explosion" as ground Finisher. And add a lot of Elixirs, don't use it until at least stage 20

"Berserk Charge" + "Horizontal Slash" is quite useful when you ran out of mana to make a good deal damage of combo

EDIT: And also use Second Chance and Once More to ensure you live

 

-_- & please watch out for stage 49. Cloud, Tiffa, Yuffie, & Leon will kill you if you're not prepared.

 

That's why glide is important at that part

 

i hated this thing. i had to be lvl 100, have max stats, have the Ultima keyblade, beaten Sephiroth for the extra drive bar, have everybody with Second Chance and Once More, have everybody equipped with mega elixers, and have all drive forms at max just to make it past 50. i hated that tournament

 

i beat it at lvl 65 it was really easy, i train myself first in normal before going to expert for that cup XD
i just rememberized how they attack how many and etc.

 

Or you could farm a bunch of synthesis items and make stat boosters.
There is no limit (I don't think there is, I made Def and Mag 100 and Atk 106 as a base stat) but it does ruin the challenge if you do.
Level 41-50 you will have problems using only Sora with no "Friend" Abilities (summons, forms and limits) and the enemies are incredibly strong and incredibly annoying. You know those Boxes you find in Halloween Town? They're there with attacks knocking your HP down to one (with second chance and once more on) unless you're on a decent level.
Use Magnet as Toph said, Reflect also works well (but it's too strong for me due to stupid stat boosters I used)
Maxing out drive forms and having their abilities is handy, especially glide to be able to escape tight situations.
Explosion is handy (because it's a wide clear the place finisher) but I use Finishing leap because it looks cool, has a similar effect to explosion (but smaller, although faster) and it continues your ground combo into an aerial combo extending hits and damage unto your enemy.

 

-_- Then there's Pete. Just make sure that you don't lose to him. Also, make sure that you stand up against Tifa. She's a power hitter & Yuffie can be tricky when she disappears. We're lucky that Maleficent didn't fight...

 

I can't seem to beat the Hades Paradox Cup in Expert Mode. Those large heartless from the Lion King world get me every time. >_<
