Plot

In life, normally people are born with five senses: Touch, Taste, Smell, Sight, and Sound. But unknown to many, there are some people born with a sixth sense. This sence doesn't really have a name but people born with this sence are known as Seekers or Guiders and that is for the simiple reason that the sixth sense these people poses is the sense to see the spirits of the dead.
Now, in the past the Seekers/Guiders were known to be people who'se job was to see the spirits of the dead and help guide them on to the next life but soon, for reasons forgotten to all there was a separating of ways between those with the sixth sense. Some grew to hate the spirits of the past and they found a way to send spirits to a life after so horrible it is known to be an eternal prison (hell). Now, in the year 2009, those that believe in judging spirits and sending most to eternal prisoin are known as Seekers and the ones that believe that all spirits deserve a second chance are known known as Guiders because it is their devine job to guide all of the dead on to their next life as was their job for generations before them.
Most of the time, Seekers and Guiders alike are born with their gifts unaware of the powers that they have until much later in their life and it is extremely rare for any of them to pass on their gift through reproduction. It is a one in fifty chance that anyone is born with the sixth sense and it is the most rare of all that a regular human should know of the sixth sence or the job that those with this gift must do with their lives along with keeping their secret and living a normal life. The strangest thing of all, most of those born with the sixth sense dont live past age thirty.
This particular story is the tale of a Seeker and a Guider who happen to go to the same school. The two of them obviously immediately grow suspicious of eachother and the two grow to hate eachother because of the way they were taught to believe through instinct that comes with their apposing gifts.
A year later, the Seeker found the most odd thing of all he was actually falling in love with his enemy!
Now comes the most tricky part, all Guiders have a spirit companion. A ghost who never found out what their past life is and instead become teachers to new Guiders. The Guider's spirit companion is a boy from the seventeenth century and the two have been together since she got her power when she was twelve and she is finding herself falling for her spirit companion even though she promised she would help him find his next life and free him from his bond to his past life (basily what spirits are in this particular RP) and his eternal life where only a few people can see him.
And it is the Seeker's job to send her spirit companion to hell. This has got to be the most confusing love triangle I have ever thought up but I used the help of a book I read along with Bleach (from what little I know of it).

The Main Characters
Guider- KeyofHope777 (the Guider's job is to see the spirits of those who have died and guide them on to their next life. It can be quite a difficult job because most spirits have a specific next life that they are supposed to go to and if a spirit is sent to the wrong life, it could mean that that spirit could be lost for eternity.)
Seeker- (The Seeker's are usually the Guider's mortal enemies. Like Guiders their job is to see the spirits of the dead but their belief is very different from a Guider's. Their belief is that if one has done something wrong in their first life that they should not be given a second chance that they should be sent to a spirit prision that most would know as Limbo or Hell. This particualr Seeker was raised under this belief but he met this Guider that he goes to school with and he finds it hard sometimes to believe what instinct tells him to believe. He was sent to this school because it is his job to find the Guider's spirit companion and send him to spirit prison for something wrong he did in his former life generations ago)
Guider's Spirit Companion- (Spirit Companions are spirits who never could find their next life even with the help of multiple guiders and for this they are assumed to have no further purpose in the living world. They use to be just sent to spirit prison until only a few generations ago when spirits like him were given jobs to find new Guiders and help protect them and teach them of their new gift. This Spirit Companion has been with his Guider since she descovered her gift when she was twelve. A year after they met she promised him that she would help him find his next life and free him from an eternity were only she and a few other special people could see him. The Seeker above was sent by his father to send him to spirit prison.)

1- I have said it millions of times before and I will say it now if you make a mary sue character then I WILL kill it on sight and you will be kicked off of this RP.

Name: Gwen Carsen

Age: 17

Bio: Gwen had a pretty average childhood for the most part. Her parents devorced when she was five and she is an only child having no step siblings or anything. She lives with her mom and her dad technically doesn't have custody of her but she still goes to see him for a few weeks every summer. A senior in high school, Gwen never really did enjoy school that much because she had a habit of spacing off and thinking about other things instead of paying attention to what people are saying both teachers and friends for that reason she really doesn't particularly have any close friends but she does have a lot of aquantences that she talks to sometimes she knows she is known as kind of weird among some students and since sh was twelve she really couldn't help but agree with them.
Sometime around when she was twelve and a half she started seeing people that no one else seemed to see. She would see people get into cars with groups but no one seemed to notice them and one of the most interesting to her was this boy that she seemed to see everyhwere it was later that she learned that his name was John and while introducing himself to her he also introduced an entire new lifestyle that is associated with the fact that she can see him. Out of some strange instinct that she doesn't quite understand just yet she feels like when she sees 'spirits' she feels this almost uncontrolable need to help them. Its almost an addiction.
Even though she is facinated with her gift, she sometimes wishes she could just live a normal life. It's not exactly easy when you're late for random classes every day because you have to help some spirit you found in the halls or in the school yard or just in the street that needs help accepting that they are dead and then help finding out what their next life is. But she also knows that if she was never a Guider she would have never met John who is probably now own of her best friends so she isn't sure wether she loves or detests who she is.
Recently a new boy moved to her school and she isn't sure why but she feels like she can't trust him but at the same time she feels very curious about him. She is currently anaware that he is a Seeker and she doesn't know much about Seekers anyway except that they are Guider's enemies.

Appearence:

Personality: Smart and kind of sarcastic sometimes. Gwen is for the most part shy person she doesn't like being in huge groups of people, prefering to be with one or two people at a time and just talking. She is rather calm in most situations and can be really headstrong and stubborn when she puts her mind to it. It takes ALOT to make her angry and she finds herself saying the word 'sorry' a lot. Her defining trait is probably her curiosity it seems she always has a never ending string of questions she asks John about a number of topics like more about the history of Seekers and Guiders, his life before he died, and sometimes just random things she can think up that she thinks is interesting.

Role: Guider

Other: She thinks she may have a little crush on John but then she remembers that it is a trait of her power to feel connected/addicted almost to all spirits because of her responsibility so she tries to pass off her feelings as her gift. Also she made a promise to John when she was thirteen that she would somehow find a way to help him move on to his next life or whatever she needed to do to get him back to the living partly because of a feeling of need to be good at the job she was given and partly because he is her friend and she knows she wouldn't like to be immortal and living forever in a world where no one could see or hear her. And lastly she doesn't exactly understand the whole Seeker's vs Guider's connection yet. She just knows that seekers share the same power as her and that for some reason they are her enemy. When she met the new boy she knew there was something different about him. She is extremely curious about why she gets that vibe from him.
