    i thougth sparkling water was like wine but not the furit they had in it wasn't sour.

    You caught me. It's almost encouraged where I am though. In fact it is encouraged for a week called "schoolies week" where all the highschool graduates spend one whole week getting pissed in a designated area. Most of the kids are 16/17 and drinks are bought in through the gates with watch men and police. There are volunteers there who hand out red frogs (those Allens Lollies) to kids who look sober. I guess it was a message of "if you're good, we'll give you candy". I never got one =\
