Powers:Card Card Fruit, a paramecia type fruit which enables the user for manipulating Cards. He could swap himself into cards, turn any materials into cards, and others (similar to Luxord)

Crew: He doesn't have crew, since he's a navy.

Personality: Calm, mysterious yet cool. Highly believe in Destiny and Fate.

Bio: His bio really unknown, because he rarely shows up to the public. He really believes in Destiny and Fate, which somehow had connection to the old Blackbeard pirates. Nobody knows his face because he hides it on hood and hat, which is similar to Admiral Akainu. He now observed the movement of pirates, and [planned something....

Appearance: (There's no good pic for it, so i'll tell it with description) About 6'4 feet tall. He worn a black hood with a hat in the head with Marine emblem in behind of the cloak and always held cards in his left hand.

Alright, I was wondering when I meet up with your character after or during (Depends if Curtis writes) if that when I have to make up a way for you to join my crew XD Or should I wait a little while longer... I have an idea in mind though, but I was just wondering what you thought ^^

Hey I'm going to post my next part in a few secondes... Anyways, the guy at the end of my post is just some random guy that knows where Raiou went after the fight between Raiou and Will.. In my third one is when I'll meet up with your character Sogeking :]
