Will just jumped to the top of the cabin, grinning widely. He jumped back down, both swords out and his hood down. He lifted both swords, aiming them at the man's chest even though he was twenty feet away, grin still on his face. Then he started to mutter. "Gum gum..." Finally he took a step forward, shouting. "ROCKET!!!" The swords flew forward, his arms stretching beyond belief. The swords entered the man's body and continued, dragging the man with them. They then pinned him to the tavern's wall, the man slamming heavily into the wall.

 

"Leo Leo Pride Form!" Teri shouted, tackling Raiou as his head turned into that of a lions, His legs became 3-segmented like an animals, and his body became furry and hands turned into claws. "Look, bud, just shut up. Will will KILL YOU easily. He's very high strung. I suggest you turn around and high-tail it outta here."

With that, he stood up and dusted himself off, then changed back to normal.

 

Will landed in the town square, feet hitting the ground and making a small crater. He grinned, saying. "This will end up being interesting." He cracked his neck, fingers, hands, and back twirling the swords with ease. He started to run forward, the swords spinning faster and faster. "Gum gum Tornado!" He roared, spinning and letting his arms extend, the swords slicing at the man dozens of times.

 

Will grinned, happy that this person was actually a match for him. He turned, slamming one sword into the statue of the mayor and sliding the other one into it's sheath. When the statue fell he put his second sword away and grabbed one of the beams on the tavern, other hand pushing the statue back. "Gum gum slingshot!" He roared, sending the statue flying in the direction of the man.

Will grinned. "Maybe if you win!" He called to the man, looking around the town's square. "Time for some real carnage..." He muttered, grinning as he slid his hands under the foundation of a small house. "Gum gum catapault!" He roared, sending the house towards the man with blistering speed. He was already moving towards another house as hit was reaching the man. He started the same move, hands sliding under the foundation of the cottage.

 

His mind now off treasure and onto the scene, Wynnd halted his scrubbing and whistling to see what was going on. He never noticed Terri was on board either and politely greeted him and his reason for being on the ship. "Looks like everyone on this ship has eaten a cursed fruit. You, Hoshi and Will there. Well except me!" he joked. He pulled out an apple from his pocket and took a bite. "So it'd true that you guys can't swim right?" Wynnd questioned Terri.

Teri sighed as he glared at the two battling in the town from the deck of the ship. About two minutes after Wynnd's question, he finally responded, snapping back to reality.

"I swear, that moron is too high strung. . . And yes, we're doomed if we fall off a boat." He told Wynnd as he flexed his hand. "Great power comes at great price. Yanno?"

 

Will grinned back at the man as his stomach absorbed the blow with ease. He brought his hand up, shouting the words. "GUM GUM RIFLE!!!" His fist flew into the man's face with blistering speed. Will grinned as the fist made contact and he stepped back to prepare another attack. "Gum gum..." He started.

 

Alvin stopped just short of the town's entrance. He bent over and rested his hands on his knees. His breath was coming and going in a labored rhythm. Almost. I need to move. If I don't hurry, more lives are lost. Closing his eyes tight, Alvin swallowed in hopes of cooling his burning throat. I can do this. He thought as he straightened and continued his jaunt into the town.

As he ran his mind focused only on reaching his home where he could make the medicine. The world around him was a blur, and the voices that called out "hello" were distant. When he turned a corner sharply, his feet slid across the gravel road, and he nearly ran into a petite woman carrying a fishing basket, full of freshly caught fish, at her side. He didn't stop, but instead hollered back an apology.

He'd have to seek her out later and apologize properly. That was the kind of man he'd been taught to be.

Alvin tucked his chin near his chest as his shoulder slammed into his door. Some day he'd thank his Master for the advice on swinging doors, but now he had to focus.

He grabbed a pestle and mortar from a close-by counter and set it down on his work bench. Next he dug through the volumes of books he had until he came across the one he sought. He walked back over to the work bench and dropped the thick, leather bound, book down and stopped to catch his breath again.

His right hand ran over the surface of the smooth leather covered book. Fond memories of his youth began creeping up on him, but he reluctantly pushed them back. No! Focus! He berated himself and shook his head. How his Master would be disgusted at his laziness. That was the type of man his Master was.

Finally, rested enough, Alvin walked over to his drawers of herbs in the back and began pulling out the necessary greens he had read about earlier. Once all of the proper ingredients had been found, Alvin dug out the Horohoro fruit from his left coat pocket and set it on the table.

Everything was ready. Now the difficult part.

With skilled hands Alvin went to work crunching and mashing the herbs until it all was in a thick green paste that smelled of compost.

Lastly, Alvin dug out the seeds of the Horohoro fruit and added them to the concoction. The smell of the paste changed from compost to a comforting flowery scent. Stepping away from the pestle and mortar, Alvin fell back into a rough wooden chair and wiped the sweat from his brow away with his jacket sleeve.

"I do believe Master would be very happy with my progress." He muttered solemnly to himself. After a moment of reminiscing Alvin smiled to himself and stood again and moved the paste from the mortar to a small metallic, circular, case for easy transport.

And then he began his clean up.

Will grinned as the man flew through the house, his eyes never leaving the figure. He started to bring both arms back, voice growling in his throat. "Gum gum..." He started, waiting for his arms to reach back fully. When they were finally so far back that they touched he roared. "CANNON!!!" His fists flew forward, expanding to the sizes of large cannonballs. They were big enough to destroy the whole house, not to mention the person standing in it.

 

Will laughed as his arms flew back and he lined up another shot. "Why not here, there's so much more to destroy?" He roared, drawing his arms back for another shot at the man. when they touched behind his back he started the phrase, mattering it deep in his throat. "Gum gum..." He was ready to fire at a second's notice.
