Powers?

The Golem was charging towards the pool the others had dissapeared into. Ruan dove at it befor he had time to think. He through a grinade at its face blinding it, then they made contact. Ruan felt his coller bone snap. the Golem fell to the floor with a crash.

Ruan turned to see a flock of birdmen swoop towards the pool he took his rifel and took out the first swarm. Ruan stumbeled to the edge of the pool, it was starting to get smaller. The next swarm attaked, Ruan kept his ground though one managed to tear a chunk out of his arm befor Ruan killed it. Another swam was starting there attack Ruan took out the front then his last round fired.

He turned to where the pool had been. 'They are safe, for now' he smiled one last time, befor the birdmen hit.

Then everything went black...

 

"Yeah, speaking of me." Tom said, rubbing the back of his head. "Turns out my geniousness is a power. So I'm gonna go ahead and guess that I can do more things with my mind as we go along. Fun stuff......" Tom paused and took a deep breath before speaking really quickly. "And it turns out I'm from Leah's world."

 

"Thank you Alex. Also, I promise I will stay with you forever. I don't want to be alone," said Alexis.
Then she looked at Alex while he was holding Nicole's body so tenderly. "I wonder if Alex likes Nicole or not," wondered Alexis in her mind. Then Alexis though about what Alex let her promise.
She was thinking about when he said he is afraid of darkness. Then she looked at Alex with some type of harsh feeling inside of her.
"Why do I feel so harsh inside?" asked Alexis in her mind.
Then she just started to look at Nicole.

 

"Oh, um, it's nothing to be worried about," said Alexis, trying to hide her sadness away.
Then she looked up to Alex and smiled and then looked at Nicole. When she looked at Nicole, her smile went away again.
"Why can't I smile everytime I look at Nicole?" Alexis asked herself.
Then she looked up to Alex trying to not show the sorrow she felt.
"Alex? Can you promise me something?" Alexis asked Alex.
Then she looked down to the floor while they were walking.

 

"So where to? You said something about artifacts and some dimension hole. You also said Tom knows where they are so, where to?" Novek was trying get his thoughts together. The way she explained it, I'm not gonna get any powers of my own without getting to this hallow thing, but it'll kill me if I do. Damn, looks like I'm stsyin' as just me for a while.

 

"Since we're in Paris, we find an artifact. Some lantern. It's in a house that's been abandoned for 200 years or something." Tom explained. "Once there, we disable the protection and take it. Then we'll head to the next one."

 

"And I'm guessing that's the other place you mentioned earlier. Where are the other two?" Novek asked before he realized something. "Wait. Disable it's protection? We have to steal these things?"

 

"Not so much steal." Tom said. "Pops put up magical enchantments to protect it. We just need to get rid of those enchantments. The only problem is how to disable them. We're gonna have to improvise."

 

"Could you promise to always be by my side whenever or whatever happens?" asked Alexis.
Then she was looking towards Alex and she suddenly saw a rock about to hit him so she protected him with her Light Sheild that she never used before.
Then she looked over at Alex, "Are you alright Alex?" asked Alexis.
Then she looked again to see if there was anymore danger arounds Alex.

 

"Why is this happening?" Alexis asked Alex.
Then she was running with speed. Suddenly, there was a mole that jumped down right in front of Novek while he was with Nicole.
"Novek! Look out!" exclaimed Alexis.
Then she ran to where the mole was and was trying to get her powers to work, but it didn't. Then she looked up to Alex for some help for the moment.

 

"Where the hell is everyone? I got to sleep for one hour, and everyone disappear." Sophy wander the schools searching for people. "Where the hell am I? Am I Lost?"

Using her phone, she began looking for a signal. "Oh, Well, I got a job to do. Time to go hunting."

Walking home, she hurried to her room. Opening her closet, she search for a switch. Using that switch, her closet began to change. Instead of designer clothes, it was replace by guns and other weapons.

"Let me see what I need." Sophy began to browse around, picking up Net Guns, Sleep Darts, A Hand Gun, few knives, and of course her sniper rifle.

Changing into her black nylon suit, she began to take out items belonging to her friends. Using her powers, she began to sniff them. Sensing where they are and who they are.

"Gotcha."

Dailing her boss, "I need a government helicopter to Paris. That is where they at. Or at least their scent."

 

As Alexis was trying to get her powers to work, she got it working.
"Right on timing!" said Alexis as she saw Alex tiring.
"You want to be tough? Then I'll show you tough!" Alexis said to the monster.
Then she got her light power flowing to her leg and use that light power to kick the mole.
When she kicked the mole, it got injured a little so Alexis choose to use her light power flow to her fists and throw light sparks at the monster.
Then is just dissapeared into dust.
Alexis look over at Alex,
"Are you okay, Alex?" Alexis asked Alex.
