Journey

Ikito jumped from a nearby tree to infront of Illumino, he kicked him backwards as he landed , making Illumino stumble slightly but not fall. A flash of light and Ikito had taken on the Cross Slasher form. He was trying to help the people of the village but knew that it wouldn't be easy.

He took a katana out from behind his back and assumed a fighting stance,"So we fight again,Illumino." He spoke, loudly and clearly."I've been practising since last time."

 

"Well, well, well.... who have we here!" Illumino mockingly said white a bittered voice. "Last time wasn't so pretty, eh? But i enjoyed it! And i also had the full right to do so!" He said while slowly closing in the distance between the two. "Now let me tell you something. I pity you, really! Trapped in such grave dangers, making others decide for you, against your will!" He said louder, trying to deplete his moral.

 

"And you get to follow orders without freedom, your nothing more than a slave, I mean, what enjoyment do you get out of murdering a village of people, at least I get to kick your ass."
Ikito forced the katana harder into Illumino's weapon, causing a fountain of sparks to erupt,"But right now this is nothing more than a fight of words." He flicked his wrist quickly and forced them both to be pushed back.

 

"Freedom, eh? If so, who was the one who banished me? And who was the one that saved me?!" He started to shout in anger. "I'm NOT a slave! I serve the one, the only one, who was kind to me!
But that doesn't matter now... the only thing that does... is that i must kill you!" He dashed forward, pushed ikito's blades away with his twin-swords, kicked his face and saw him fall on the ground.
"Let's do it!!!"

 

"If you so insist, then lets dance."
He jumped upwards and broke through Illumino's swords, landing by kicking him backwards,"You wouldn't dare kill me, you wouldn't dare try. Would you know?"

 

He slowly walked out of the dust created when he fell. "And that prediction is based on what? Who said i would kill you? I may just as well leave you here with a critical wound. But no... that would get me in trouble... But you forgot one thing..." he said while slowly walking away. It went abselutly silent...
seconds went by slowly...
As he turned himself back towards Ikito again, he whispered with an evil grin:
"It's not safe here..." Out of nothing, the purple dragon shot out again with an amazing roar and punched Ikito's weapons far away, and nailed him to the ground with his talon.
"Well, i'll see you later... if you survive" Illumino whispered.

 

Ikito's stepfather stood at the top of a dark towerwatching as Ikito almost got crushed by the dragon, he took out a familiar tuning fork and pinged it,"Now we really are a Death Rebel, aren't we Ikito?"

Back in the village, Ikito pushed the dragon off of him and jumped backwards, his form had reverted and he was in his standard clothing, with his violin case in his left hand. He took out his violin and began to play some sweet yet sorrowful music, all the while jumping out the way of the dragons attacks.

As he played, darkness gathered around him, like a thick, dark thundercloud. The more he played the more darkness gathered and the more that gathered the thicker the cloud became. Eventually it became so big and thick that it engulfed him, and took over his body the change into Death Rebel was almost complete.

And now it was, although it wasn't apparent, the man inside the cloud was no more Ikito, but now Death Penalty, and Death Penalty really was a different person.

The darkness began to go into Death Penalty's body, until he was completley visible and there was no more darkness.

As the purple dragon lunged again, Death Penalty used the darkness to form a scythe and jumped through the dragon, slicing it up. The dragon shattered like glass, not dead, but gone for now. Death Penalty jumped forward, which was faster than running towards Illumino. His voice was the same and he shouted after him."Get back here!" But his form reverted again, and he fell unconcious to the floor.

 

"Well, well... so you really have grown stronger?" said Illumino. " I didn't expect you to even wound the dragon. Kill it at the least!" He said walking towards him. "But it doesn't matter... i stay the superiour one, no matter what you do, or how strong you get... i will be a step ahead of you." He place his foot on his head, and looked up to the sky. "Hmph... it's getting late... i better get going"
