Final Fantasy Renaissence

I am Cosmos. I am the Goddess of Harmony. In the beginning my partner Chaos and I begot all. Then we began fighting for millenia. We have been at war longer than any mortal has walked the Earth. Yet, you mortals continue to surprise us. You are eager to grow and learn.

Which is why we have employed you in our services. Names such as Sephiroth roll off your tongues. Though I can name servants of mine who surpass him. To you are tales are fantasy. Now, you shall finally see how real they are...

Which is why I chose you from that gaming convention to help save the Universe. You may believe this is fake, but you will accept it. For you are heroes. Come to me, my fighters and mages.

I am going to create four characters. Once these four are filled, other characters can be created. In this RPG, we shall be travelling to different Final Fantasy worlds. So characteristics will change during gameplay. Just because you start the game a Knight does not mean you have to remain one. What use is going to Final Fantasy V's world if we don't use the Job Classes?
We are going to start in the world of Final Fantasy I.

Age: 30
Class: Knight
History: Orson Miller has been playing video games since 1985. His favorite video games are Square-Enix RPGs. He is a journalist for a pet magazine. He has recently been engaged to Ursula Trent, who he has been dating for two years.

Name: Ursula Trent
Age: 28
Class: Thief
History: Ursula Trent prefers fighting video games. She teaches high school P.E. Ursula enjoys watching wrestling and sports of all types. Ursula is engaged to Orson Miller. She tagged along to the convention hoping Street Fighter would be there.

Name: Akiyoshi Nilgata
Age: 21
Class: Red Mage
History: He is Japanese-American. He is a casual video gamer. He was only in the convention because he was at the wrong hotel! He knows almost nothing about Final Fantasy. His true passion is science-fiction. Akiyoshi attends school at MIT.

Name: Laurie Trent
Age: 18
Class: White Mage
History: Laurie is a young woman in middle-class America. She is alright at video games. Sometimes she wonders about the ethics of video games. Laurie is concerned about addiction. Laurie is a A-B student and plans to go to college next year.

 

I already created an OCC thread, you might want to merge the threads. I am not going to lie, this does sound more complicated than what I am used to. I can't have time-consuming RPGs anymore.
