J.P Boarding School Boys... So what are girls doing here?

Jamie looked up and saw Shika sitting on a nearby table. He blushed and then looked down again. He bit into his cheese sandwich, wanting to take his mind off, how much of a loser he was, when it came to girls. He frowned and then continued to eat the cheese sanwich, even though he felt full in the stomach.

"Here you go" Adam said taking the three trays that he was carrying of his arms and placing them on the table one by one.

"I wasn't sure what you wanted so I bought a selection of hot and cold food" Adam took the tray closest to him, "Ah lasagne" Adam said sitting down and taking a fork.

Adam was about to dig in but then remembered who's company he was in, He then put the fork down and waited for the girls to begin.

 

Jamie looked at Shika and Meg eating lunch with Adam.
"Why don't they talk to me...I'm just trying to be friends with them....I don't want to rush anything"
Jamie sighed and got a chocolate bar from his bag. Chocolate was a great way to treat problems in relationships. It always soothed the pain.
"Why can't I be more like Adam?....I wish I was as confident and charming as him"

 

Jamie smiled.
"Yeah that's me but my name's Jamie, hi"
He looked down on the tableface.
"I know Shika's scared of me...I'm sorry, I was just trying to help you both, that's all....I guess I failed at trying to make you both feel comfortable here"
Jamie sighed and frowned at Meg.

 

Jamie blushed.
"It's nothing really"
He glanced at Shika and then put his hands on his eyes.
"It's Shika, I like her.....you know... but she would be afraid of boys more if she knew....but you have to understand...I didn't show you both around for just that......I wanted you both to feel comfortable and safe but now I think Shika's afraid because of me"
He sighed and looked up at Meg, hoping she wouldn't be mad at him for liking her sister.

 

"Who?" Adam asking looking the direction Meg and directed, "Oh that's Mel and crew, There the type of guy you avoid meeting under any circumstances" Adam said looking at Mel. Mel looked him in the eye and gave a look of disgust. "Yeah, so...is Jamie coming over or what?" Adam asked looking at him and then gesturing his head towards them.

"So I know you can't possible know the school to well and I have gotten permission to show you around and get you settled in for the rest of the day, so how about after lunch we go 'exploring'" Adam smiled to Meg, She was alot better looking than he had thought, and he liked her character as well.
He found himself smiling involuntarily, he smiled again and continued on an apple he had been eating.

 

Jamie sat down beside Meg and smiled at Shika but frowned, remembering she could be afraid of him so he bowed his head down and had more of his cheese sandwich. He heard Adam say
"I have gotten permission to show you around and get you settled in for the rest of the day, so how about after lunch we go 'exploring'"
Jamie hated the fact, he made himself look like an idiot.
"I'm sorry Adam about that, I just wanted to make them feel comfortable....I should have let you do it by yourself..."

 

"Well, my counsellor said it was okay for me to do that but she didn't have the authority to do that"
Jamie just sighed and looked up at the television, giving updates on everything going on at school.

 

Adam stood and was about to clear the trays from the table when he just happened to look in Mel's direction.

Adams face dropped, Mel was aiming for Meg with what appeared to be a rice ball.
Adam suddenly knew how he was going to disrupt the girls for the first time, Adam smiled at the simplicity of it.

"Hey guys, we gotta get going" Adam said still smiling as he turned his head to the three.
"C'mon hurry up, we gotta go" He said picking Meg up from her seat from under her arms.

Adam turned just in time to see Mel release the rice ball, Adam turned himself infornt of Meg so that he would be hit instead of her, nothing came.

Adam looked to Mel to see a large grin on his face, He hadn't been aiming for them at all, he looked to the table in front of him to see that Mel had hit one of the football players in the head.

"Ah crap" Adam said as the jock stood up with a tray of food and launched it across the room.

"FOOD FIGHT!!!!" Adam heard someone yelling. In an instant there was food flying everywhere.
Adam threw of his jacket and threw it to Shika.

"We gotta move" Adam told them, just then he grabbed Meg's hand without giving it a second thought and began trying to make his way out of the now chaotic cafeteria.

Every once in awhile he would look back to see that he was still been followed by the two girls, He wasn't sure why, but he was having alot of fun.

 

Rin got up and went to put his tray away. He watched Adam take Shika and Meg away. To Rin, he felt like both Adam and Jamie were trying to get together with Meg and Shika. It kinda annoyed him. He thought that Meg and Shika would want some time by themselves to get settled in. But he knew it wasn't his buisness. So he told himself to try to stay out of it. But he noticed that Mel and his crew were in his path. He was tempted to break his tray on Mel's head. But he avoided doing that and kept on walking.

 

Jamie looked at Shika and saw curry sauce all over her face. He looked inside his bag and pulled out a clean white towel.
"Here, use this"
He handed it towards her. He was going to use it for PE but he wanted Shika to be comfortable around him

 

"Sorry about that." Rin said as Meg brushed passed him. He laughed at himself for not paying attention to where he was walking. He made a joke to himself, that he should try and make it up to Meg for them bumping into eachother.
