    okay, so i just beat the first KH, i was sitting at the "the end" screen and nothing was happening, so i pressed the reset button on the ps2, tried to load up my file and everything i did on "The end of the world" level was gone, as in all the levels i got and everything, is there a way to beat the game and save afterwards, or do i have to just not beat the game to keep playing and leveling?

    No. They didn't do that until KH2 FM, so it can't be done in any game outside of Japan, with the exception of BBS.

    ah that sucks, probly shoulda saved my game a lil more often than :p
