Welcome to the first weekly RP contest, RPOTW(Role-Player of the Week). This contest is a weekly contest where members can nominate your post to win.

This first contest goes along with the theme of KHPlanet. The nominated posts should be... Kindom Hearts related following a theme from the game such as friendship, the heart being the strongest, etc. All post must be 4 weeks and younger(4 weeks, 3 weeks, etc.) Other things that follow...

Rules-
~must be 4 weeks and younger
~you cannot nominate your own post
~Only one nomination allowed per person so chose wisely
~the same RP'er can win many times in a row
~definately look for a post with good grammar and spelling
~must follow the theme at all times
~no spam allowed here in this thread!

The contest schedule is as follows....

Sunday March 6, 2011- Contest begins, nominations are submitted

Wednsday March 9, 2011- Nomination submittion is closed, voting begins

Saturday March 12, 2011- RPOTW 1 concludes. The winner will be admitted into the Hall of Fame stickied under RP.

RP- (title of RP)
RP Creator- (who created the RP)
Theme- Kingdom Hearts related

Link to post- (make sure it's just that post alone, to get a post alone just click the number in the top right of that post)
Post- (make sure it's in original quotes[has the name of the person])
Other- (reason for nomination, why you feel this person is a strong RP'er and created a good post, etc.)

Kuro looked around at the barren landscape.
"It looks like a battle field" he told the others, not hearing the voice. Kuro started to walk forward but as he looked that way, he saw a dark heartless in the shape of himself.
"This is your future, Kuro. You are the one who will bring doom to your friends. You are the one who will join darkness just like the last."
Kuro suddenly was pulled forward and left his two friends by themselves.
"LET GO OF ME!" he screamed, as the dark hand started to crush his neck. The hand let go and Kuro stood on a beach with no light; only darkness. The water was purple and the beach was coal black. He stared down at the sand as a tear fell on it.
"This isn't who I am. I'm not darkness. I want to be like Sora."
A hooded man came up to him and held his shoulder.
"Don't worry. Everything's going to be fine. This is a natural thing. To every light, there must be a darkness and you my boy, are the darkness. Sora and Sei don't care about you anyway. They're too perfect for you"
A coat was placed on top of the boy's shoulders.
"You will grow powerful. I am sure about that. Perhaps you could even get Sora's attention. You want that don't you?"
Kuro quivered but nodded. The currents coming from the black ocean sent a chilling air through his spine.
"Who are you?"
"I will not tell you at this moment but when the time is right, I will"
The man grinned beneath his hood.
A keyblade appeared into Kuro's hands.
"Take it as a present from me. It is quite an ancient artifact"
The keyblade was black bladed and red handled.

Other- I chose this post because this post because sorabrawl was able to capture the secret and evil of the darkness from Kingdom Hearts. He did this using much detail and made it interesting. The message sent accross in this post is that darkness is tricky and no matter what it does it can lure you in. In a way sorabrawl's character, Kuro, relates to being like Riku or maybe even Terra.
