Oversouled Belgemine

    I was so upset that no one never did a gfx design for Belgemine so I decided to go right back to using Gimp after dusting it off and try to make one for Belgemine. Just give me your opinion on this. Been months since I stopped gfx designing. Just don't worry about the size. I have the avatar and signature size version for those already.

    Is this just something you colored?

    The colors are really saturated and the contrast is wonky. It reminds me of something colored with regular old Crayola marker, but the artist pushed too hard on the marker in places or just let the marker sit in one place too long. Text looks really out of place to me, too. I dunno, just don't care for it dude, sorry.

    ??? No. I did not even add any saturated colors in it. And I really did not care for the text either since I have one without it but I just like adding in texts. I think I had overlayed the colors too much or used a little bit more exposure than I should in photoshop.

    Just one question: Does this picture hurts your eyes?

    I'm sorry, but how is this helpful critique? It's just telling people what they want to hear.

    If you cannot see how overcontrasted those colors are, then you need a new computer, or to at least check your settings. If you didn't care for the text yourself, why did you add it? It takes away from the entire work, really makes it look low quality.

    Yes. Though not to the extent that some of your very first signatures did.

    i think the colors are a bit too bright, but i love that misty sparkly stuff around the character XD
    and yes it hurts my eyes in the sense that the clors are to bright not in the fact that the picture is terrible.

    I just want to make an attempt to make the text look good. i did say that I had made the avatars and signatures without the text too.

    Ok. So now I know that some of you have sensitive eyes. I never did put in the perspective that other people may have an headache from my pictures in the sense that it is bright to them while it is not to me. I'll take that into account next time. Anything else? -_- Gosh... I am so stupid. I went and forgot to...yea. I need to have some better merging.
