In the future the internet has taken on a whole new level of cool. People can now really meet face to face online with the use of virtual reality visors. Special items allow anyone to use the net from any location, at a small price to. Watches with fold out screens that show you were to go just by saying a address, touch screens in almost every restaurant for public use, and glasses that can read hand movements for on the go browsing. In order to get on the net a profile number is required.

In order to organize things the net has been divided into several districts. The first is called the Social district, were users can meet face to face in large virtual parks, streets, and other such places. This district is the most like the real world. The second is the Browsing Distrcict, were users are able to follow pathways to different web sites were data windows provide information for the user. Travel from site to site is done through portals. The search engines have the most portals, and simply stating were you want to go will get you to the place you need fast. If you don't know were the data windows can be used to search out places. The third is known as the Game District. All the online games can be found here, and this is the only place were people get super powers of a sort. Games are held in large domes were the environment can change as directed by the master programmers. The games are quite fun but you need a virtual reality helm to get in them. This district can be the most dangerous because hackers love to play a few games themselves, and they hate it when they lose.

Of course were there is the internet there are also those who wish to hack it, and the net isn't nearly as safe a place as it is today. Hackers use special profile codes to give them access to the other side of the net, the Black District. This district is were the hackers meet to exchange codes, numbers, and the various accomplishments they've made in the name of themselves. Those who stray into this district on accident will have their profile screwed with in more ways than one. In order to counter these hackers a special organization has been set up called the Net Defense Force. They hack the hackers out of systems, and build complex security codes into the net to restrict their movements.

One day while walking along a young man found a slip of paper on the ground. That paper contained a profile code that turns out to have belonged to the ultimate hacker, Dasa Jones. With this code he can go anywhere and do anything. So what is to become of our friend here?

Standard rules apply. I hope to make this rp Advanced.

Frequent haunts: Vid games, chat rooms, that sorta thing.

Just cause your a hacker doesn't make you evil. Neither is it the same for being a NDF member.

    Name: Mark Molend
    Net Name: Marche

Frequent Haunts: He can usually be found in a game called Medieval Quest were people have to use swords, bows, or spells to get ahead. He's a level 63, average. Most hackers in that area mess with games causing bugs, over powered characters, and the occasional level 100 monster popping up in noob town.
Equipment: Uses shades so he can browse from were ever he is. Also his virtual visor but that is only ever used for games and social. Browsing in that manner often gives him a head ache.
History: Mark is one of those dudes who acts as though he's bored with everything. The reality couldn't be more different. He understands what kind of age he was born into, and he loves it. He can usually be seen plugged into the net some where, and during those times he isn't he can be found in the park watching the birds. A girl at school has caught his attention but like young teens everywhere he hasn't gotten up the courage to talk to her.
Personality: Acts like he doesn't care, but he does. He's a bit of a trouble maker, and is pretty nasty on the net when people get in his way, especially in his games.
