i watch the sub of Bleach but i'll check the dub occasionally to see how well they're doing and to see if they chose decent voices. for instance i think Ichigo's Eng voice is just as good as his Jap, but with Ulquiorra i want to kill the Eng voice actor. he sucks and they're ruining my favorite character by giving him a s*** voice. yet on the other hand Shinji has a Eng voice that i think works better for the character then his Jap voice. overall i prefer the subs and i keep up to date with them. the dub is just a occasional check up.
