The New Organization 2: Rematch

Jaxx shook her head "You are missing the point. You saw it as well, Hunter is still in his heart. He knows I wouldn't do what is in his memory. The fact that I can't fight will be my streingth. I need to be alone. There can't be anyone there to protect me, if he really is Hunter and he really is strong enough to come out and talk for even a few seconds then he will think of a way to stop."

She saw that she was confusing Ruby "Now is the only time that I can. I don't want to fight him don't you see! Hunter loves me, he gave his life to protect me and I'm not going to let him waste his own sacrifise. I will not fight him back and I don't want to be tempted to do so."

 

Jaxx nodded but she didn't look all that happy "I would prefer yout not watch. I don't want you to hear some of the things we will probably say." it was more than that. Jaxx also knew that her plan might not work and that she would probably die or she would probably have to kill Hunter. She knew what it was like to watch someone close to you murdered. She didn't want Ruby to know what it was like.

Before Ruby could argue with her she teleported, for everyone else to see she looked stronger than before. It took a lot of hard work to make it seem like she was completely healed and she knew that Page and Voltiar could probably see right through it but she spoke anyway. She used a tone of voice that she hadn't used since the new organization was still fully functional. It was what was called Alpha, only few people learned how to use that tone of voice and some were never born with the ability at all. When someone spoke in that tone, the people to whom she was speaking could not dissobey the order she had issued. There were few people who could resist alpha speach but it took years of practice to acquire the streingth and will to do it.
"Thats enough. This fight is getting us nowhere." her voice sounded odd. It was doubled as if it was two people speaking from one body, and the second voice echoed slightly and sounded a lot stronger than her real voice.

(I know this is a little like god playing and that the alpha speek is copied from a book but she is the leader right? lol nobody seems to be listening to her so she got frustrated.)

"Voltiar, you are making things worse the longer you are doing what you are doing." she said, still in the alpha tone. "Go back to your own body before you kill him."
"Page, Kat, Voltiar, Blake, Ruby go back to Disney Castle and do not leave there until I come back to you or... If I die."

Kat stiffened when she heard Jaxx speak that way. she was one who could resist it if she tried hard enough but Jaxx hated making people do what they didn't want to. She knew that she wouldn't have used that power unless he felt verry strongly about what she was doing.

 

Kat and Jaxx talked quickly through telepathy and Kat understood Jaxx's plan. For that to work there had to be REAL danger for Jaxx's life. "You won't let him kill you if he fails to help will you?" she said telepathicly.

Jaxx hesitated and then shook her head "No... I... I'll realize that he is just annother enemy if he fails this test. After this we will decide wether or not he is savable."

Kat nodded "And if he doesn't hesitate and you don't have the chance to kill him before he kills you?"

Jaxx looked at the ground "If I die, then I die and its up to you to teach Ruby black magic from then on."

Kat was shocked, "You're trusting me to become the guardian of your daughter!?" she almost said it out loud instead of telepathicly.

Jaxx shrugged "There is nobody she trusts more than you and me." she said it out loud and Kat nodded. Then she and the others left.

Jaxx stood alone in the middle of the street, this time truly alone. No allies standing in the shadows or on rooftops. Jaxx held her katanas down to her sides, pointing at the ground. Her final work of magic to make herself appear stronger than she really was was wearing off. She was pale again and the poisen was burning every inch of her skin and her blood. She ignored it though and she would not let Voltiar heal her. This was the only way, she reminded herself. "You came to kill ME so leave the others out of this." she said in her normal voice again.

 

Jaxx nodded to Voltiar as he left, glad that at least one person didn't hate her for her plan. Maybe between the two of them they could stop an argument when this was over. She looked at Hunter again "Let's end this." she said. There was no expression to betray her emotions or feelings on her face. Just dull deturmination, the look of an assasin far ready to kill.

 

*Uh.... You know we'd love to have ya Sepheroth but well we have a lot of members right now and we're already struggeling to keep everyone on track and we're still right at the beginning. sorry*

Jaxx didn't look at all impressed, "Oh, I'm sure that you wont consider this fun for too long." she said darkly.
She used all the power she had, even for the fact that she was getting weaker by the second because of the stupid poisen. She was using energy than she was losing but she didn't care. She was pretty confident that she wasn't in that much trouble. "You aren't the only one that learned a few new tricks..." fire appeared in her hands and trailed down her swords and her feet left fire on the ground as she walked slowly closer to Hunter. Lightning flashed in the sky but that was the only thing that seemed to stay the same from how she use to fight.

 

Jaxx wasn't sure what to do at all. Everything was getting really complex. The flames dissapearaed, he was right for one thing she couldn't hurt Hunter. She still heald her katanas ready to defend herself, but she couldn't use them offensively. "Hun..." she shook her head, it wasn't Hunter she was talking to, she had to remind herself. She tried to continue showing no emotion through her expression or tone but it was getting harder as he kept making her see Hunter. She was struggeling to focus on who she was talking to, she was a little mad at herself that she couldn't decide wether she wanted to kill or kiss this guy. It was like meeting Hunter all over again. "What do you want from me anyway!" she suddenly said. It was too suspicious for some random guy to suddenly take over Hunter's mind and try to destroy everything he cared about.

 

Jaxx was caught off guard. That hadn't been the answer she had been expecting. 'So it is my fault he's like this after all' she thought to herself. 'He trusted evil and did this because of me!' if she had the streingth to project at the time she would have done so and hit herself.
"You... No..." she didn't know what to say or do so she ignored the evil guy and tried to talk to Hunter. "Hunter! You and I both know you don't obey orders that well! He can't force you to stay in the sidelines like that!"

 

Jaxx glared "Did I address the creepy shamen guy? No! I said Hunter so shut up!" she said irritably. The wind picked up suddenly, she was losing control of her powers just like usual when she lost track of her emotions. It rained a little and lightning struck the ground right in between Hunter and Jaxx. She held her hand out in Hunter's direction and all of the wind directed at him, knocking him off his feet. "Now get the f**** out of his mind and out of my life before you regret it."
