Preface
It was just any other clear night. Emma Jayson walked up the front steps of her house and walked through the front door. She was just getting home from Law School and was stressed out because of the homework she still had to catch up on. She hung her coat up and put her keys on the coffee table next to the door before walking up the stairs to the front room. She heard noises and realized the TV must be on. That was strange, her boyfriend Zack was the only one who lived with her and he wasn't supposed to be home until Midnight. "Zack!?" she called cautiously as she stepped onto the top step. "Baby are you home already? Are you ok?" she walked into the main room and sure enough the TV was on and so was the playstation. It seems that Zack had gotten home early after all because Emma was sure she hadn't left it on. She hated the playstation. "Zack. Come on honey where are you!?" she called when she couldn't find him in the bedroom or the kitchen. She was starting to get a little worried. First of all, he wasn't supposed to be home at all. Secondly most of the house was messed up. It looked like Zack had torn the whole kitchen and parlor apart.
The music comming from the telovision was creeping her out even worse. Zack had always been a fan of horror games. She walked into the main room again and walked over to the TV to turn it off so she could think. The picture on the screen of the game was desturbing to her. It showed a character laying on a table, there was blood everywhere and a pair of sissors sticking out of the character's throat. There was a boucket of wild roses in his hand. and on the top of the screen in bold red letters it said "game over". Emma made a descusted face and shut the TV off. "Oh Zack do you have to kill me with these stupid games every time I come home." she muttered irritably.
She thought she saw someone walk into the dinning room from the corner of her eye but when she turned around there was no one there. Her heartrate picked up "Come on Emma... you're not seeing ghosts..." she whispered to herself irritably. She realized that the person she must have seen was Zack so she walked over to the entrance of the Dinning room, humoring him in whatever prank he was trying to pull. "Ok Zack... You win." she said smiling a little. "Now can you come out of hiding. I've had a stressfull day and you're just making it w..."
She interupted herself with a gasp of fright and descust. There laying on the dinning room table was Zack. A pair of paper sissors sticking from his throat. There was blood dripping from the edges of the table onto the white carpet floor. In his hand was a bunch of red roses, on the card it read "To my beautiful Emma."
The TV turned on in the main room again. The scary music picked up again, the character looked so much like Zack it was scary. The words "Game Over" flickered on the top of the screen.

Plot
A group of friends somehow came into the posession of the same game that Zack had been playing before he died. The name of the game is Stay Alive and it has been cursed by the soul of the evil witch Elizabeth Bathery. Elizabeth Bathery was a countess long ago. She couldn't stand seeing herself get old and she somehow came up with the twisted theory that the blood of the young would keep her young and beautiful forever. She had started a school for young girls where she killed countless girls and bathed, and drank their blood.
After the lawmen found out about Elizabeth's crimes they locked her up in her tower where she would eventually die by herself of hunger, dehidration, and neglect. Her last words before they locked her up were: "Someday I will be back."

Rules
1: Any off subject posts either in story or OOC will be deleted and if it's too bad your character will be killed emediately.

2: Don't be too much of a baby when it comes to gore. This is a horror RP so it will be a little more graphic than your basic action roleplay.

3: Romance is encouraged and sexual talk is accepted but full out inapropriate scenes must be kept to PMs.

4: Contribute to the story. Don't just join and then never post.

5: Try to keep the RP going slow so it doesn't get off track.

6: Story moderators (KeyofHope777, Shikamaru, Abaross) are allowed to kick your character off if you wright 'stupid posts' *Stupid posts are posts that have chances of changing the story from its original point.*

7: KeyofHope, Shikamaru, and Abaross are the only ones who can control Elizabeth, or any of the other ghosts in the RP unless you have permission.

RP
This is A limited RP. We will only be accepting three other people. But if three people have already beat you to it, don't just give up. This is literally a try out. Everyone who writes a profile using the following grid will have a chance to be in the RP. After everyone who wants to be in has posted their try out we mods will evaluate them and then select the three we think will work for this particular RP the best. We have quite high hopes for this RP and I know that the people we select will be great. You are all amazing Roleplayers and this will be a tough desision for us to make.


Game
This RP is not only just your average RP it is also a game in and of itself. Your character will at any moment die because of the choices you make. Every other day one of the moderators will select a number and tell someone else to be sure there is no cheating. Then every living member of the RP will post a number between 1-20. The one who got closest to the number is the next to die. The final two characters left of the six of us will be the two characters who will eventually get to try their hand against Elizabeth.

Oh It seems everyone has that question so I'll clear that up.

In real life, your characters have no weapons unless they happen to carry a pocket knife or something with them. Like a normal person they wouldn't go around carrying a big sword or anything like that.
