Weather: what's it like where you are?

Back to hot again. *sigh* Clear skies though, so at least there's that.

 

Hopefully soon. I'm tired of heat advisories and astronomical electric bills. And then there's the pollen. Right now, the weather's looking like once we get through the first week of September or so, it'll start cooling down. Hopefully that forecast sticks.

Southern KY didn't have it too bad today. Like, it was hot, not gonna lie, but not unbearably hot. We had lots of dark clouds and the forecast called for thunderstorms, but I think it just went around us because we only got a few sprinkles. I think it kept the humidity down anyway, which helped a lot.

 

It's been a little cooler lately, but not the cool I was hoping for. Summer's fighting hard not to let go, as usual. I suppose it could be worse, though. At least I'm not cleaning up after a hurricane.

 

And today's shaping out to be one of those gloomy, all-day rainy days that makes it impossible for me to want to get out of bed, but at least it's not so beastly hot, so... yay?

 

Hot again. Summer refuses to quit.

Today was unseasonably warm, but cooler than it was over the weekend. I'm looking forward to Thursday, when we're actually supposed to get fall weather.

So today (er, yesterday, now) literally went from almost 60 degrees to now my entire yard is covered in snow. <_< I guess winter has decided to show up.

 

^ I don't know what the actual temperature was, but it was pretty damn cold.

Today was better; I think it reached 50. All the snow and ice is gone, yay!
