    Terra is a tragic villain. That idea about a villain being forced by destiny to be the villain. It sounds close to Terra's story. Ven, Eraqus, Terra, and Aqua all had tragic stories. I think that's enough tragedy for awhile.

    @Knight-ok now THAT is a good idea. Would the villain interact with Riku in any way?

    @Legacy-I don't think Terra was much of a villain

    ehh but that's a prelude. those ALWAYS end in tragedy. and we're saying this happens some point AFTER Xehanort. thus it wont happen for a while.

    EDIT:at ADogX: Riku meets the Villain with Sora and smells the Darkness on him. they interact like, Riku doesn't trust him fully, but wants to give him the benefit of the doubt. until the end where the Villain fully realizes himself. then he shows no mercy.

    Yea but that was different. In that scenario Xehanort was always the villain. he manipulated Terra. in the NEW scenario the Villain wants to be good but destiny has other plans for him.

    ah. Then yeah, why not? We don't see that very often so it would be nice in KH. But again, how would he interact with Riku? Same as Sora?

    I see. I almost forgot Riku could smell darkness. It's a really good idea Knight. You should actually email Nomura and tell him about it. He might actually put it in to consideration.

    well if he's like Gabe Newell, (the founder of Valve) he'll listen. Hopefully Nomura likes it. If I ran a gaming company, or if I was Nomura, I would listen to you. Or any fan for that matter

    Thanks ADogX, I may just do that, but before I do I'd want to make sure my story is solid, for instance a name for the villain.

    Maybe I'll run by some latin or Japenese words for Peace and Chaos and see which I like better, that way I can work with Irony.

    will do. I'll look into this... I wonder if I'll have to translate my email into Japanese?.....ANYWAY this has gotten slightly off topic. I wouldn't mind hearing any new ideas for a tragic villain, or a different form of villain as well, (yes legacy, even from your preference of generic villains)

    anyway, for Tragic Villain, I'm thinking someone who was born with a pure heart of light and able to wield the keyblade, but loses that ability and begins to give in to the darkness over time

    let's say the villain fights for the light. over time though, other villains (say like Hades or maybe even Aizen from Bleach?) get into his head and begin to fill his heart with darkness. eventually, he'll have let too much darkness in that he loses the ability to use the keyblade and starts to turn evil because of it.
