History: Chase Montgomery is just your average lazy teenager. All of his life he's been addicted to playing video games such as Mario Kart Racing and Legend of Zelda for hours at a time. One day after school, Chase's best friend Kody introduced him to the online game "The World" version R:4.75. Intrigued by the concept of designing your own character and being able to go on 'adventures' with other people in the comfort of a cozy chair, Chase decides to give the game a shot. Thus, the character River was created.

Hey I was wondering if I would be allowed to play as 'Kody' Chase's best friend, or if I even can do that?

Also, being a CC Corp Admin sounds like a mighty fun role to play as. I envision the shop keepers in the green overalls that are used in .Hack//Sign to communicate to players in "The World"

Mind you, how many characters can we use? Is it just the one? =\

 

No problem. I obviously left out some detail, such as how much SP they cost (Since I figured adding an MP-esque stat would just complicate this RP).

I might add one or two. It seems to me that there should be more. At least 5 different arts to use.

I have yet to read your post, but the .hack games are on the PS2. There is one for the PSP, but I don't know if it ever came out or not.

History: After a tragic car accident that left her cripple, Sara tried to savage what was left of her normal life. But being glued to a wheelchair, she was made fun off in high school, so Sara decided to drop out and hired a private tutor. With her parents away on business most of the time, her computer is her only friend. Sara is shut out in her own real world and finds the World her true place. In the World, she is known as Lady Swan or simple Swan, the Majestic Killer. She is a player killer. She takes out her frustration of the real world and hunt down people who have look down upon her or even made fun of her. Online she is a ruthless cold hearted killer but offline, she is gentle, and keeps to herself.

After traveling around the world, Sara begins to research on a type of virus that can help her walk again in the real world. After hearing countless stories of people brought back in a coma and been able to walk again, she seeks her own death.

History: Growing up, Kody had always felt lonely and on his own. He had no siblings to talk to and his parents were continuously fighting or 'at each other's throat.' Amiss this chaos Kody was in search of something constant, something to occupy his time from the hardships of his family life. This escape was video games. He played them day in and day out; Always excited to see the 'happy ending' at the end of his RPG. Once in high school, he met his soon to be best friend Chase, whom he regarded as his brother. His life was running quite smooth until his parents got a divorce when he was 17. Shattered again he decided to look for a game that could go on forever; This brought him to the online world. Here he discovered "The World R:4.75", and once he signed up for the game he decided that he wanted Chase to join him too. Together, he figured the game would be more enjoyable than being on his own.

Awesome! Then just add the little detail that she convince Renata and now we have a backstory. Horaay! I'll come up with a post for this one tomorrow. It makes sense my character would get involved later anyways.

Hey BlackRose, is it all right if I make a third character as a 'Macabre Dancer'? In my personal experience of playing .Hack I always found that having a mage was extremely useful in a party once going against some tough foes and the more the merrier right? I thought I should just run it by you since I've already got two people.
If I can, I shall just edit this post for the characters' sketch >.>
