Role/Title: Leader of Sora. Bad guy

Bio: He grew up with one of the wealthier families of Sora. He inherited his family's wealth and managed to use Sora's laws for his own personal gain. He gained control of the city, slowly changing it to his own ideals.

Personality: He is a militant leader. He knows to be merciless to his enemies. He also is benevolent to those who are in circle (Or whatever you'd wanna call it. Basically those who share his ideals and work to achieve them).
Powers/Strengths: Aside from his skill in different weapons, Zarnic is also skilled in elemental magic (Specifically he's skilled in Fire, Wind, Lightning, Earth, and Water). With his skill, he can combine the elements to create other types of elements that are extremely difficult to use.
Weaknesses: I hate thinking up weaknesses. Will take suggestions.
Dreams?: Expanding his control across worlds

Name/Nickname: Kiro
Role/Title: The Next Chosen One
Age: 17
Bio: Kiro has lived in the city of Sora throughout his life and never has escaped the now, chaotic city rammed with cars, machinery and the fumes whirring around the world like a shadow but in the opposite direction...upwards. Not one star could be seen every night because of how many fumes and lights fill the skies. He, like many others, has been wanting to escape this prison but because Zarnic has not allowed outside travel from within the city. He is stuck. Kiro is quiet and he has no parents to look after him. The only friend he has is Miya, a girl who has suffered the same fate as him with very little munny to keep alive but he trusts her with his life and that is what he deems most important to him. She is the sister he never had and they look out for each other as they enter school, seeing red eyes in people's faces and claws growing from 12 year old boys. Something is definitely not right and as the new creatures start to attack the innocent, he finally knows his true calling; to find out what the source of the creatures are. He, unlike a majority of the citizens of Sora, is a denizen of light and hides himself with his hood. He believes the gases fumed from the factories of Sora are polluting the people to turn to the darkness, along with political downturn.

Personality: Quiet, aggressive when aggravated and mistrustful.
Powers/Strengths: Kiro is agile and he knows little self defense. Other than that, Kiro is just an average 17 year old.
Weaknesses: If Miya is harmed, he will be reckless and act without thinking. She is his only family he has. Other than that, he has a fractured bone on his knee which clicks from time to time. He also gets migraines from becoming worn out.
Dreams?: Kiro's dream is to leave Sora and explore the worlds just like Sora did 2000 years ago.

Name/Nickname: Miyako, goes as Miya
Role/Title: other keyblader, female friend
Age: 16 almost 17
Bio: Miya her entire life has been a prisoner in Sora. She hates it there. She can't breathe right, sunlight doesn't reach the city, it's horrible. If it wasn't for her best friend, she'd try to turn herself into goverment to try and end her life earlier.

Miya has lived on the streets her entire life jumping between jobs. She worked in the factory when she was 3 till she was 6. She was used to get in small places. With this job though she got a scar on her forehead. When she was 6 she became a news girl and helped delivered the papers up until she was 14. During this job she met Kiro. She and Kiro became best friends. Kiro helped her get more money in which the two bought a home together because they were both homeless.

When Miya turned 15 she got a job working in the textile factory making clothes. She hates the job but it's a job other girls her age and older all work. Miya works the job all day before getting to go home to see Kiro.

Kiro has been teaching her everything he's learned at school. She would be uneducated without him. Lately though because Kiro wanted her to go. She's been going to school and at night has been working in the factory.

She lives the light and hopes that one day the light will save everyone in Sora. She believes like Sora that people are getting corrupted from the factories and becoming dark creatures.
Job in the city?/Student?/Part time job?: student at West Sora, textile factory worker.
Appearence:

Personality: Miya is very sweet and kind around Kiro however when out in public and around others she's quite and shy. The darkness out in the city also depresses her a lot. She however likes to help people in need because she remebers when she was in need.
Powers/Strengths: Miya is very agile due to her working around factory equipment pratically her entire life. She's also very strong due to handling the equipment.
Weaknesses: When it comes to Kiro, she can't stand to see him hurt. Due to her always being awake working and learning in school she is often very tired causing her to not be very fast or aware of things too much.
Dreams?: She dreams of escaping Sora, she also dreams that one day the light like Sora will come to Sora and defeat the evil leader and return Sora and Destiny back to what it used to once be, a beautiful tropical world.

OK I'll be starting this soon but I will come up with a new name. It doesn't really make sense because things like this haven't happened before in Kingdom Hearts.

2nd Edit: Also I'm changing the timeframe of the gap between Kingdom Hearts and Neo-Kingdom Hearts from 2000 years to 300 years. It may be a lot more manageable.

Yes he does wear a lot of kimonos. He can utilize a special door to travel from place to place. It looks like the senkaimon from bleach.
History: Raishuzu was born in a rather large city back in the eighties. His family was big on mystical things that people couldn't explain. When his back ground got out in school you can imagine how far down the ladder he went. After his first year of high school he began to exhibit signs of being able to use magic, and eventually became a spell caster. After graduation he became a wanderer, going about the world doing odd jobs. Now he is a powerful spell user who tends towards defending others than attacking. He thinks of himself not as a detective, but more of a scholar of strange unexplainable things.

Abilitys: Raishuzu is not a man who tends towards physical combat, but instead uses magic to both attack and defend. He draws signs in the air to enact his spells, and he also keeps several "Items" on his person for times when speed, not finesse, are required. Just about everything he keeps on himself is able to create some type of spell. As for his real magic, the signs he draws are from a ancient language that only few remember. The symbols do not so much say a spell so much as describe it. Each symbol represents an aspect, and through their combination names are formed to give something substance. The symbols, when drawn, are silver in color, and merge together to form the spell he chooses. When in use, a large magic circle appears beneath him.

This type of magic is not very taxing as it is the art of creation, and thus draws on the power of the world itself. It is one of the more powerful schools of magic, rivaling merlons abilities, but is slow in nature to use.

Element: He could none of the elements, or all of them. As he is a user of creation magic it is pointless to try and pin down his powers with any one element.

Skills: Aside from his magic, he is a practitioner of martial arts. While he doesn't use it often, it helps him with dodging a foes techniques.

Weapons: Aside from his fists, most of what he wears has some type of ward or enchantment placed on them. These are mainly used for defense, but he has a ring that assembles a spirit sword he can use to cleanse dark foes. It's especially effective against heartless.

Other Traits: Aside from being a top notch spell caster, Raishuzu is also a incredible cook. He is a calm, quiet person who doesn't mind listening to other peoples problems. From there he suggests things that the person could do to alleviate these problems. Aside from that he knows a lot about other cultures and places since he is a well traveled man.

Personality: Calm, and collected, he occasionally makes jokes with friends. He has made many friends over the years, and not all of them are human. The spirits know of him, and he has befriended some of them. He can be seen as fierce in battle, and he tends to explain his enemies major fault while dealing the finishing blow.

I'd prefer it if you did post. My character just said hi to Sei. It only makes sense to respond and leave something open to the others without cutting in.

 

My first post =D. Those "Creatures" will not play an active role. It is just being used to start my character up. After the "payment" they will no longer pop up.

Role/Title: Miscellaneous/Lone Wolf
Age: 26
Bio: Born and raised in what was once Destiny Islands, Shibuya found himself drawn to the new Island, Sora, when he was sent there on a classified task to pick up dirt on the new leader of Destiny, Zarnic. He found himself in a deep emotional state that reminded him of childhood. The open sea to gaze upon from atop the city mountains was only but his most joyful experience, though he still finds himself with deep hatred over Zarnic's new 'payment plan' set up with overdue taxes. Although as it seems now, his problems might be for the worse as people are countlessly disappearing and Shibuya is now patrolling the streets on night duty.
Occupation: Hired Agent, Mercenary, Assassin.
Personality: Quiet, keeps to himself, valorous, intimidating, tough, brawny, somber, serious, but selfless and understanding.
Powers/Strengths: Known only for his muscle mass and ninja-like stealth and precision, Shibuya also bears a curse that upon will he morphs into a giant grey wolf. Shibuya has come to enjoy this ability as it has led him to many victorious battles in the past, though how he undertook this burden that kills him slowly inside is a mystery.
Weaknesses: Shibuya in his lupine form is drawn to human meat, like any wolf, and will crave for some fresh walking flesh until he becomes neurotic.
Dreams: Shibuya's only dream is to settle down one day with a lady here in Sora.
