RP Ideas [Feedback Required]

I have some ideas for RPs because quite frankly I wanna join one now. So I might start my own one at some point but I'd like to see what you guys think of these ideas and whether or not they're interesting enough plots.

- It's set in a fantasy world where monsters have become the center of the world's economy. Mostly everything has taken backseat to the protection of monsters. To make matters worse, every 20 years the number of monsters increases drastically and death and disasters run rampant.The government insists that the convenience of these monster on the rise and fall of the economy is merely a coincidence - but is it?

- It's set parallel between both reality and the dream world. The dream world is an alternate reality set in age where the world wars with each other using weapons made of iron. Reality is set in the 21st century where those who dream are apart of the dream reality - everyone is apart of the dream world. If you die in the dream world you are doomed to die within the time period before your next dream. The dream world is a large threat to reality as it makes innocent people fight and kill each other unnecessarily making people die in the real world. The truth is the dream world is being manipulated by the sleepers.

The monsters are essentially a significantly mutated species of regular animals you see all throughout the world. They effect the world greatly because as I stated, people have begun to notice that protection against the monsters has pretty much everything else in the world taking a backseat to it - education, technology, etc.

The sleepers are essentially those that rest in between reality and the dream world and control minds of certain people in the dream world - those they deem useful to continue the wars - and force the deaths of those that die in the dream world. I haven't thought of where they come from though..
