DnD... Should we do it?

I'm totally willing to do it............because DnD ROCKS! And i'm able to put up with confusing rps.

 

Dude I'd be in because I've played real DnD as in the tabletop with dice and all. Yeah call me a nerd but it was fun as hell!

You already know my vote, but for the sake of the poll I voted anyways.

 

So very tempting. But before anybody actually does anything, I have a question. Does anybody besides Zerieth know the rules to DnD?

 

I do but only because I was in a couple of them. Let's see.. I think it has to do with posts that allows you to have your character level up and use new abilities but that was one of Trump's roleplays.

 

I know them quite well.

SB, you have no idea what DnD is like, do you? I believe there has only been one attempt at it on this site and I believe it never even got off the ground.

 

to make a group? no.
to make a sub-section then yes and won't happen. we gave a sub section to the arena and look how active that is. it's not, it hardly warrents the sub-section it was given.

so unless this hits like a hundred pages and stays active; it's not going to get its own section

Anyways, the group could work, though I'm under the impression it would limit us somehow. Don't mind me, though. Ims would work, given that everybody knows how to SCHEDULE things. If we did it by solitary posts, it could also work. But knowing this forum. . .

 

Do IM for some quick planning, and perhaps some actual posts. And then you could post what happened in a thread. And I don't think members need an admin's permission to make a group.

 

For one I think we try it as a normal rp but do it like normal DnD.. Everyone gets a move then the GM moves. And about honesty I'll be breaking out nmy old dice. Lol yeah I'm a nerd.

 

-__- Instead of trying to be so mean, you should keep your mouth shut for negativity. It's been a long while since I even join a DnD and the recent one that I kept on remembering was SilverTrump's roleplay, "Fate" and that was a stat rp so stop it.

Anyways, is the roleplay going to end up revolving around rules where this post equals to this amount of money or something like that? There was another DnD that did something similar to what I said but I can't remember what the name was.

 

Sorry but I felt like he was trying to bash on me himself so I had to go on the defense. had a DnD mixed up with other stats roleplay. But yes, I do know what a DnD is like. Also, my class need to be mostly the mage kind/sorcerer/summoner kind.

 

I'm gonna be a spellthief (Expansion: Complete Scoundrel). Whopeeee. Anyways, Can I just send mine to you in Word? I have a system for this sort of thing.

There is no such thing as a "DnD". DnD stands for Dungeons and Dragons, a very prolific and well-known stat-and-dice-based roleplaying game that is normally played with a group of people around a table. But it is not considered a 'Tabletop' game. And I was not trying to bash you. I just couldn't think of better way to word things.

 

And I'm sorry for snapping on you because I had Dungeons and Dragons mixed up with some other stats roleplay. XD There. We made up.

Anyways, how many classes will you add in anyways Zerieth? There's a variety of them.
