The Dominion of Everything

Raine nodded and turned and faced her old childhood friend, Caliber. Raine smiled and pushed the button around her waist as her armour detracted. She looked at her old childhood friend.

"So I guess I am." Raine stated smiling some, but she realised that simple smile took a lot out of her. She smiled anyways but became serious instantly.

"How have things been here on the island?" Raine asked. She was more curious about her father and if they ever found the king yet.

 

"That damn b****." Matthias cursed to himself, feeling his blood. He quickly healed himself and sent Dullahan away. Matthias lifted the sword above his head. "No matter where you run, I will follow you. At least as long as you have that sword." Energy formed at the tip of the blade. "Actually... I won't follow them. Not at the moment. I should probably examine more of the mystery. After all, I will need to know everything about it once I have gained that blade." Matthias teleported away.

Matthias' body appeared in a grassy field. In front of him was a stone circle. He was at Stonehenge (I think that's how it is spelt). Matthias walked to the center. He stabbed his sword into the ground. On each stone magic runes appeared. Matthias turned to one and began examining it.

 

Raine looked at him. 'He's changed a lot.' Raine thought to herself watching him. She looked back at Malisa. Raine followed Caliber and looked at the gumi ship. She laid her hand on it, vivid memories replayed in her head.

From when the gumi crashed on the world of remebrance. The day Jaden died. She wiped the memory away and looked at the sword she held. She could almost see his smiling face which made her smile and cry she quickly shook the thought away and got into the gumi ship.

It has been a long time since she's been in a gumi ship. She assumed Caliber was driving.

"So my dad's went to Earth?" Raine asked slightly surprised they knew about it, but by this point most people probably did.

'Earth the world of creators...' Raine thought to herself. It was an interesting world, but seeing how Destiny Island changed, she could only picture how much the world could change, it was also such a fragile world.

Raine looked at the sword and watched it disappear but she noticed something on the palm of her hand, it was the apple keychain logo on the sword. She wasn't sure what it meant she extended her other hand her keyblade showing up.

She sat in the seat next to the drivers seat. Raine saw Jiminy jumped down and looked up at her. "Are you...?" Jiminy began to ask when Raine shook her head.

 

Raine grabbed a hold of her head her head resting on the hand with the apple logo on it. She could see the image of people. She looked at them Kain, a girl she didn't recognize and another boy she couldn't recognize. The girl's name popped in her head Angel, another choosen Creator.

She looked back at the boy and started to see clearly before the image faded. She rubbed her head and heard what Caliber stated.

She looked at Jiminy. "To go find some friends." Raine told him.

 

Raine couldn't believe it and leaned forward in her seat. She looked down at the world she once found a beautiful world. She shook her head and sat back.

"How... how could this happen...?" Raine thought aloud looking down at it. She made her hand into a fist and stood up out of her seat.

"Can we land?" Raine asked as she pushed the button on her waist as her armour projected over her body but her face. Jiminy looked at her. Raine extended her hand for the cricket as he jumped on it and went in the secure metal pouch on her waist. She walked over to the door and leaned against it her keyblade being summoned.

 

"I thought as much. The corruption started here. . ." Malisa muttered with malice, peering out the window of the gummi ship. "Time is much shorter than I thought."

She paced around the cabin for a moment, her demeanor that of somebody who is thinking long and hard.

After about a minute, she took a deep breath and began to speak.

"Raine, I have to come clean with you. The reason I am here is that we have a chance. A chance to make everything right. But to do that, you have to know what the repercussions of Jaden's death were. Do you want to hear it now?"

 

Raine looked at her. She looked at her hand and closed it into a fist. She looked at Malisa.

"What did you have in mind?" Raine asked looking back at Caliber.

"Jaden is the boy chosen to protect the worlds, he's the only one who can fix everything." Raine told him. She looked back at Malisa.

"What can we do?" Raine asked knowing they'd need to find Kain and Jaden's one friend, Angel.

 

"Let me start from the beginning., though there isn't much I can tell. You see, with his death, I was literally ripped apart through the dimensions until I reappeared randomly into my own reality. At that point, I figured that I could just go about my business. After all, I had never intended to go to this one in the first place in my long journey to locate my brother. As time went on, all the realities I revisited began to appear steadily more and more corrupted. By the time I had actually reached my brother's world, a third the places I had been to had gone through terrible, terrible disaster."

At this point, Malisa paused. Her voice began to get quivery.

"THe world he was stuck on was no different. It was already going to ruin, what with a war between keybladers, but at this point. . . I only found him as he was dying, blind and wounded. He told me that he could see things. . . auras and the like. He could tell that something was wrong with the omniverse, something shouldn't have happened. He died before he could tell anything else." The sorceress let out a sad groan before continuing, "I put two and two together. . . And I figured that this was the reason. All because this stupid 'world of creators' nonsense. Since then, I've had to do many things to reach here, and try to correct the problem. Most of which I'm not proud of. But, here we are, which brings us to now. I have a way of stopping this from ever- what was that?"

Her hood turned towards the wall as a drumming noise was heard.

 

Quickly Raine shot a beam of ice at Malisa giving a platform for the girl as they rocketed towards the atmosphere.

Raine looked down at the ground approaching quicker. She grabbed a hold of her friend and had her keyblade in her other hand. She closed her eyes.

"Don't fail me... ice" Raine called out as a beam of ice flowed from her keyblade and create a slide in the sky. She and Caliber landed on it and slid down it.

Raine and them landed in a city with large towers. Raine looked around them, towers were falling everywhere. Raine looked around the city and saw shadows raise up from the ground.

"Heartless..." She mumbled except they weren't ordinary heartless. "Come on!" Raine yelled grabbing a hold of Caliber's hand as they ran through the city and into a hole in the ground. There were stairs but they were crumbling. Raine continued to running hopping down in a ditch with train tracks on it and continued to run heartless still showing up.

She jumped up onto another platform seeing many ditches.

The heartless seemed to stop showing up.

Raine looked around the platform and at Caliber sighing out of breath. This wasn't going completely as she had planned. She sighed and looked at Caliber.

"Now what...?" She mumbled and looked up and saw a boy smiling at her. She looked up confused at the young man and she couldn't believe it. It was Jaden! Though he looked ghostly. He smiled at her his sword appearing in his hand as he held it up and it glowed, Raine's keyblade glowing as well. He looked to the right when commotion was heard and a train came through the tunnel. Raine looked over at the train then back where Jaden was standing and he was gone.

She looked at Caliber who appeared to not see Jaden.

"Well...?" She asked him walking towards the train when the door opened revealing a comfortable looking cabin. It was a single car train.

Raine stopped seeing the chain. She felt her heart race. She seemed to ignore Caliber picking up the chain.

"This... this..." She stated gripping it in the fist and taking the letter.

"Dear Caliber and Raine,

If you're reading this, we're glad to know you're safe. But things are not well. Somethings had happened.

Raine I'm sorry to say that your father was kidnapped, this chain is the last thing left of him. He and I met up at this 'world' here on Earth known as Disney World. We were encoutered by a new force ontop of synetophy. I do not know the where abouts of either one of these two, your father managed to drop this, I'm sure it was meant for you.

I'm on a quest to find your father and hopefully on this quest we'll meet up eventually, but until then, I send this to you. This train was created by a special creator many, many years ago. I managed to find it at this Disney World. It is a magic train, it also turns into an underwater boat, a boat, a gumi ship, and more. Just with the request you make.

I'm sending you this train to help on your quest. I'm sure you know what your quest is, but just in case, you must meet up with one of the choosen creators meant to protect the worlds and realms, with her help you must bring back another creator that I believe you've met already, Raine.

I hope everything goes well, please remain safe, things aren't as simple as we may think it to be.

Raine read the letter aloud and looked at Caliber as she plopped down on the couch and felt the train begin moving. Her armour went off her body as she looked at the chain. She moved her thumb accross the crown and held the ends of the chain up hanging around her neck.

Jiminy hopped out of her pouch and up onto the table and looked at her. He sighed and sat down. He was upset due to Raine being upset. To loose Jaden and now her father had to be hard on her.

 

Raine looked at him.

"Creators are people who created our worlds, it's there special power, they themselves can't really fight, but they create beings such as us who can fight. Every creator has this power, but the truth, they didn't know they had these powers, well until now I guess." Raine told him as she looked out the window seeing a large dome. She could picture people inside being tortured and forced to create more synetophy.

"Now the creators' power is being used against them. The last hope for the creators are special choosen creators, a girl and a boy." She continued. "The one... it's not really important, the boy ended up getting killed and he needs to be brought back, he and I just crossed paths once." Raine told him. Cross path was short, they met, they became friends, and sort of became closer.

 

Kain leapt to the side as Intrio slammed his tail down. The Hylian slashed at it leaving a few cuts as the dragon pulled his tail back and let loose another torrent of blue fire. Kain ducked behind his shield until Intrio stopped his fire. "I'm not the same weak person you met at Hyrule three years ago!"
"Good, I wouldn't want this to be too easy!" Intrio gave another loud roar before he stopped as a small bone fell on his head before falling to the ground. Intrio looked up and smelled the air. He gave another roar and let some smoke float from his mouth. "I'd recognise your foul stench anywhere. Why don't you come out Xohka? You need to pay the price for leaving the Syneptophy."
"What?" Kain shouted. He was shocked to hear that the stranger he met was a former member of the evil that threatened everything.
"Oh? He didn't tell you?" Intrio said as he turned to Kain. "That meat bag is even more pathetic than you. He left us for some stupid reason just after your 'chosen one' was killed. And good riddence too, he only held us back." Intrio turned and sent fire at where Xohka was hiding. The dragon wanted to kill them both.

 

Matthias continued to decipher all the runes at Stonehenge. There was so much information on them. All types of things, magic spells, the Synetophy's final goal, and other things of interest. "Soul grab... That sounds like an interesting spell. I wonder how it works." Matthias muttered to himself as he activated the spell. A ghostly aura formed around him. Matthias moved his arm a little. The aura would move after his arm, becoming something like an extra arm. "I see. With this, I can rip somebody's soul from their body, or return the soul. But it also looks like I don't have to take the entire soul. I'm guessing I could take pieces of one's soul, disabling their abilities." Matthias summoned his sword and held it into the air. It shot out the beam to locate Jaden's sword. The beam shot out west. Matthias lips curled into a grin. "So she's decided to come here. That makes my travel quicker." Matthias teleported away.
