Dragon Quest: Frozen Time

"Thank you." Seaxbrith muttered, looking out at the sea, in the distance was an island. Endor.
Seaxbrith turned to Riechfield, "Fortunately for you, I am known for my hunting and hounding, so when we get to land, I'll make sure to spot some game." He said. "We should leave soon."

 

"How 'bout that?" Seaxbrith said, point out a large, wooden crate-door big enough for the both of them floating upon the waves. "Looks like what used to be a food-storage crate." Seaxbrith nodded, looking back at Riechfield.
Seaxbrith wasn't familiar to the world out side of Berolan, and would be training himself by fighting off as many of these new creatures as he could.

 

"Grab onto this." Silva said as he swam up with a large part of the ships' hull. It wasn't large enough for the three to get on but it was big enough that they could all grab hold and float. "Those things got me from behind as I rushed to help with the leak problem. You said night is bad right? Then we better hurry."

 

Knowing he had to dead, Seaxbrith nodded on, "Sure... he-he'll be fine..." He panted, reassuring himself as well. The water turned purple in Seaxbrith's mind and the sky turned a solid green, then inverted as Seaxbrith's vision become almost like a fish-eye lens. There, he looked at his shoulder, it didn't hurt for the herb worked as a painkiller, though a large amount of blood leaked out as he in turn become quite dizzy, and collapsed on the hull.
"Th-Thank, Thank you, soldier..." Seaxbrith said before becoming unconscious.

Ryuu could only stand there in disbelief. She grabbed onto another piece of the hull keeping quite. 'They were here for me. That I can almost be certain about.' Ryuu thought to himself pulling back some of his sleeve to see the dragon scale flame shape on his arm. He touched it and cringed some before pulling the sleeve back down.

Suddenly he realised something, it was begining to get shallow. They kept on drifting.

"We can swim from here." Ryuu stated as he let go and started towards the land and soon was standing in 5' of water leading up to the beach.

OOC: this post can be changed, just jumping in, I'm just slightly confused on what happened but then again I'm kind of half asleep

 

Ryuu nodded and looked around the beach and walked up. "We're going to probably want to find shelter before night completely falls." Ryuu stated facing the others before looking around.

His eyes began adjusting for the night as they became more of a dragonman eyes due to his father's inheritance. He looked around before turning around and blinking a few times to get his eyes to return to normal.

"There's a sea cave up the beach some, it should be high enough when tide comes in as well." Ryuu stated.

Garek awoke from blankness and he instantly felt a rush of water through his toes. He could hear the waves. He looked around him and did not remember anything from before. His mind was blank. He could not remember a thing. He looked around, wondering where he was.
"Where am I?"
He looked down and noticed his hands were sparking with yellow energy and as he looked at them, he remembered a bird of gold flying through the skies of a dark night. The knight scratched his head and moved up a sandy path, leading upto a field.

 

"Let's just get moving, okay?" Silva said as he dried himself off before rubbing his shoulders. They ached from the long swim and from what caused said swim. "The enemy will likely know we're here and if not they'll likely send scouts to check. The sooner we get moving, the safer we'll be. Plus we can search for the mayors' kid on the way."

Kozin stepped up as the dark demon returned to his throne. He knelt down before his lord and spoke. "If it will please you Master, I can go finish off our unwanted guests. I wish to see what survived of the force they believed would stop you."

 

"Listen, a few men were lost out at se, I think everyone should hide out, I will find the kid." Ryuu told them. He was used to the nights and dealing with dragonmen. He was pratically one and he also hunted them. He started to walk up the beach some. "i thought I saw a cave off th beach down that way when drifting here." Ryuu stated pointing in the oppostite direction he was walking.

 

Kozin had left the castle and was now walking up to the ice wall that kept the kingdom of Endor separated from the outside world. Once he got close he held up his crystal as it glowed green. A hole immediately opened up for him as he walked through. As soon as Kozin was on the outside the hole closed. Kozin adjusted his hood so that his face wasn't visible before putting away his crystal and walking towards the beach.

Silva nodded and started walking down the beach. "Got it. Come find us after you find the kid."

 

Katie shook her head.
"I'm just a common girl who seeks adventure, is all" she lied, hoping it would work but the monsters probably sensed who she was. She was ready to fight but she was too weak for the demon lord. She thought of the boy from the ship. What was his name?
"He'll come. He promised me that he'd help me" she thought. She always had a strong will but this time she knew she wouldn't be able to escape. She could try though....

Garek watched the night sky light up with stars. He smiled at the sight with a yawn. He was located at a cave with a waterfall running behind him. It was a great source of water and food in the form of fish. He listened to the rush of water running down the rocks and looked at a pile of wood he collected earlier. He grabbed two sticks next to him and started rubbing them together but as he did so, a wave of flame arose from his palms and flowed through the air like salmon rushing through strong current. It ended its journey at the pile of wood and it sparked into flame, giving the cave light other than the moon's light. Garek, confused, sat on the rock, wondering about the world around him. He could not remember anything. Where did he come from? Is there anyone else? He still possessed the knowledge of speaking but that was all. He did not know where he was and a shiver went down his spine. He was afraid of not knowing anything.

 

Ryuu walked off and once away from the group took off in a full fast sprint. Faster than most. He kept running before coming to a stop. He stopped and looked around hearing something, dragonmen he knew instantly from the smell. 'I need to hurry and find that kid.' Ryuu thought to himself and kept on going this time still running but a little slowler listening for sounds.

 

Seaxbrith sat up, noticing a green glow surrounding his body. "Where are we? Where the kids?" He asked, quickly noticing that his son wasn't here, but just Riechfield and some others. "I mean... Wha-Where are we?" He asked again.
Seaxbrith hadn't known what had happened. All he could remember what going unconscious on what was left of the ship and now he was in cave as Riechfield hovered above him using a revival spell.
