*electricity + metal (chain) = really hot metal (chain)

EDIT: The Gravity Bascule would still be affecting him with 5x normal gravity. You say he's 10x stronger than he was, and the Bascule was 50x normal gravity. So, he's still be much slower with 5x (To him being a "Normal Human"), just saying. And you just sealed your doom with that last comment.

 

Moogle won the match. Does/Can my character still fight in the "loser" part?

Zhy, you could always make them. Your head of this tourney anyways. Otherwise, i can try to make one for them if they are having trouble. I'll just keep it simple with no extra rules.

Not really. He can sense when someone wants to hurt him, he can sense people and objects of power to a certain range, and your character is within that range.
He can control wind so he used that to throw himself into the air, then used the attack to create a blast to attack your character.
Also he doesn't intend to stick around paying for damage, so he is aiming to blast you AND the building your in.

 

How about this: I make my own character and have that fight happen and when that fight is over, the next available person steps in to fight me?
