This is what Planned Parenthood is advocating, according to the original post.

Morphine says in his post that the parents are complaining about having the child. I think he's right to call them stupid, if they were dumb enough to get pregnant, then decided "whoops, we don't want a baby afterall. It's too hard." And anyway, it's Morphine's opinion. You are constantly going on about how you have a right to your opinion, and you won't apologize for it- well, he has a right to his, too.

No. No one is suggesting that little kids should go out and have sex. But kids are going out on their own and doing so, at younger ages. And so, they should be properly educated about it.

He called people who choose not to abort stupid. He is saying it is stupid to choose life. And yes everyone has a right to their opinion but if I believe that there opinion is wrong then I am going to say that it is wrong and evil. It doesn't mean he isn't entitled to his opinion but I have the right to say what I want about his opinion, if I think it's wrong then I will say so.

No, what we need to do is change society and make sex a taboo issue. I believe that if Sex is looked at in a more sacred view and is not popularized then kids wont be interested. I think Sex should only be used for reproduction. I have absolutely no interest in sex, what I have an interest in is the end result of it, a baby. To me, Sex is only a barrier to the joy of a child. Beauty is an irrelevant thing and sex is just a annoying proccess needed to get what I really want, a child, to be a father and have family. Other than that I see no use for sex.

I find it disgusting that some people think sex is pleasurable. In a relationship Sex is the last thing on my mind, but most young people only think about sex. It makes me sick. But if people want to enjoy sex then go ahead, if you're an adult you have all the right in the world to enjoy sex. But I say keep it away from children, they should be kept ignorant of sex until they turn 18 and then we should teach them in a proccess to where Sex is seen religiously instead of scientificily this will lead to a much more civilized society. It will eliminate most of the STD's, abortions, and porn bussiness thus leading us to a more perfect society.

No, a more perfect society wouldn't have zealots. But that's beside the point. And what Morphine said was you can be smart and give it up or abortion.

As for the taboo issue thing, I know of a certain set of podcasters (Who shall remain unnamed for the sake of my own status) that had one member saying he had been more encouraged to become gay more from the fact that he had a Catholic heritage and that sort of thing was banned. My point is, making it a taboo issue is just going to encourage more to rebel.

And while you may have not interest in sex, other people do. It's like saying that a certain ice cream shop has a special offer where they have a delicious cone that you adore and then your least favorite flavor (Say, strawberry or something) on top, but everybody else likes the flavor.

And as for the "people seeing it as pleasurable" thing, well, it is! I've never done the nasty, but I've masturbated on occasion (And nobody should say, "Blasphemy!" because I'm sure every teenage+ member here has done it). And making sex a 'religious' thing will not eliminate most STDs, abortions, and porn businesses. STDs-The only way for these to disappear is if those people with these stop having sex altogether (Including making children)! And even if they do that, it won't guarantee everything. Abortions: I'm gonna let somebody else touch that issue. I've had enough of it.
Porn Business: You do realize that the porn industry has been around since the dawn of civilization? You might recognize it as a "Brothel".

Back to the religious v. scientific, that's not going to work. Especially with other religions coming up in greater numbers over time.

Well I believe abortion is a stupid choice as I see it as murder, it should be clear by now I don't accept abortion under any reason.

Why though? Why do people want to rebel? Why can't they just follow the rules and obey? I take pride in following the rules, I love rules. I have never had a reason to rebel against rules of morality. So I don't understand where this rebelious nature comes from?

Why do people rebel against rules? What makes them want to rebel?

But my way is safer, if you don't have sex with anyone but your spouse then you wont have to worry about an STD or you wont have to worry about someone aborting your child. And it prevents so many issues like child support and stuff. So why wouldn't people want to take the safer route?

Then people with STD's shouldn't be allowed to have sex until we find cures to the STD's. Abortion, again I see no excuse for it, murder is murder. Well then we need to force an elimination of the porn industry regardless if people like it or not. Porn is a cancer in society.

One day all science will point to the existence of a God of that I am sure of. And these new religions is just a bunch of hippy nonsense. All that stuff about new age religions is so stupid just like our generation.

Human nature? You've seriously never disagreed with the authority? You're probably the only one.

I agree with this statement. Making sex taboo will cause even more of a problem. Not that I can see that happening in our society anyway.

That's ridiculous. How exactly do you propose to stop people from doing this?

And again, how exactly do you propose to get rid of an industry that has been around for ages? You have a lot of demands on what should be done, but no suggestions on how those demands might be reasonably met.

Some people do choose that route. But you'll never convince everyone to do so, and you can't force them if they aren't so inclined.

Let's get this straight I do not push for abortion nor am I against it. As a un ready parent, have you weigh all the options? What do you want for your child? Do you want to raise your child on a low income and in a hell whole. Not every family can be supportive and not every family have money to help you raise you child.

    It is call OPTIONS!

I am not saying nothing, but you need to tear down your walls and experience life. Life is not always what is right or what would "God" do. No one can tell you how to live your life, not the media, your parents, or your friends. They can influence you on the choices you make but at the end of the day, who is staring back at you when you look in a mirror?

It's funny because humans are basically sexual beings to begin with. All PPH is pushing is the latent truth.

And it's probably going to fail.

....You have got to be kidding me! It's already bad enough that they teach "safe sex" in school, and that in some middle schools kids talk about sexual stuff, but this?!?!

...now that I got that out, I really don't think-scratch that, it is NOT a good idea to teach kids this in school at ANY age, I mean, in high school its techniquely okay to me, but in general, that is a talk kids should have with parents. Teaching kids this in schools is just not right.

Teaching five year old boys to Masterbate is just wrong.

I'm not saying sex is bad, in fact it is helps us reproduce and is enjoyable, but I believe that only a man and woman should have sex after after they are married, that is my belief. One of the pastors at my church said that they are making it easier and easier for kids to find pornagraphic material, and the age that they discover it is getting much younger, and I hate that.

Honestly, why do they think it is a good idea to teach kids this at the age of 10? 18 I understand, 14, 15 I can see why, but 10? Really?
