    How can we be sure he was really supposed to get the keyblade not sora because i only remember riku saying it and it being written in the journal but riku could have been told a lie and then jimminy could have written it down thinking it was true.

    Riku TOOK the keyblade from Sora. That's how we know. Riku can wield the keyblade, but Sora's heart was stronger so he took it back. Not just ANYONE can use a keyblade.

    As i read word this correctly:
    Riku didn't take it, well he sorta did but not really. The keyblade choose Riku over Sora. Its something different then taking it, sora then did the same thing to riku. Though he didn't take it the keyblade just took it.. Now yes anyone can use a keyblade, hence at how kairi used it in KH2 and it wasn't hers. Anyone can use it, but it takes a special kind of person to actually be called a keyblade master and wield it. Its a difference. Sora heart isn't really strong then riku's its just that riku chose the wrong path, the keyblade didn't want to follow.
