The Keyblade Academy Chapter 1 - Remnants (IC Thread)

"well it's good to see you dooing so well, master cloud has told me he has never faced someone as good as you in a while, soon you may beat him. but what i really would like to ask is could take rin here to his thrid year class?" said sora

As the two of them were continuing their conversation about swordplay and Master Cloud, one of the doors to the Academy courtyard opened and soon of the teachers, Ren, stepped to the courtyard. As soon as he realized that Sora was there, he shouted across the field there "Sora, how are you doing, bud!", and he seemed entirely to ignore Will.

As Ren and Sora had their conversation about many things; the Academy, new teachers and classes, Ren grabbed Sora from his head and said, "Hey mate, want to have a rematch from the last week, bet you can't win me even this time!"
"I wouldn't bet on it!" Sora replied.

As the two of them had said these words they started to wrestle in the ground, in front of Will and laughed as they rolled on the ground. By seeing this, Will could only lift his shoulders as a sign of that he didn't get it, two grown-ups, Academy teachers playing around like little kids.

"Ahem!", echoed from the background as a lighting from the sky hit the both of them. Merlin has saw the two of them playing around in front of Will and didn't like it. Not at all.

"Look at you! Two adults, both professionals, titled as Masters, and yet, teachers are playing around in front of one of your top students! This is unacceptable!"
"Hey Mer, chill. It wasn't anything serious and yet, we can have fun sometimes too, eh?" Ren replied as Sora was trying to hold his laugh from bursting out loud.
"You can... BUT AT YOUR FREE TIME! Now I've got some magic class to teach for the new students, since they're not even near what I call, pure art of magic!"

As soon as Merlin had spoke the last word, he vanished to the Academy's halls and doors closed behind him.

"Man, now that was fun! Gotta do it some other time, eh?", Reno said as he poked Sora into the face.
"Not anytime soon, I guess". After this, Sora punched Ren into the face and he fell on the ground.
"Now Ren, did you have something important to do...?"
"Ah, yes!" Ren looked quickly to the way of Will. "Will, I'm Reno, as you may have noticed. As you have now started your second year here at the Academy, you'll have complete at least for one year the Synthesis classes. But for now, I've gotta run. Got too mucho of paperwork to do."

As he started to run towards one of the Gates, he shouted to William "And oh, as you've known already, your speed combat courses will start tomorrow along with the others! Be there!" After that, Ren disapperead to one of the many halls, just like Merlin.

EDIT: Just to add, sorry for the use of others characters, I'm new at this and I'm trying to add some twist and turns and some humour in to the game. Sorry if I do something wrong.

"I like your thinking Motx." Yuni replied. "Unfortunately," she sighed "why do you feel as though I want an alliance - it'd be ever such more fun to wipe them out..

She did as she always did when she wanted what she said to have an effect - she notchd an arrow to her bow and ran her fingers up and down the arrow shaft a few times.
"And as for that runt, well.. I must say your news has pleased me. You may go now." This was as close as she was likely to come to a compliment.

"Myself and Motx will depart for Radiant Gardens immediately. I do not care who leads in my stead, sort it out amongst yourselves.."

She placed the arrow delicately back into her quiver, and slung the bow lovingly over her shoulder, as if it were a child. Of course, she herself couldn't open dark portals - it was a skill she'd never quite mastered, though she made sure nobody mentioned it.

"Motx, will you do the honours?"

 

Kairi & Akiki started to walk around Radient Garden, Akiki being amazed with her pet animals of the world that she is seeing with her very own eyes. "Is this... is this were I'll live for the rest of my life... or is this were I'll to learn why those strange white people always be after me?" "Don't you worry Akiki. no matter what, this is where you shall always stay." Akiki, her pets along with Kairi kept on walking until they came across a large building sparkling with blue marbles & silver water. Akiki stared at it, being amazed at the little purple lights taht been falling all over Radiant Garden that makes the school so breath-taking. "It's time to enjoy your new school, the Keyblade Academy of Righteousness..."

 

Will shrugged and saw Sarah and decided to jog over to her then he remembered Rin. He hnded him a map out of his pocket and ran over to Sarah. "Hey Sarah, headed to swordplay?" He asked, seeing her keyblade ready and that she was headed to the training grounds. He looked over at the large colliseum. "I can't wait for that class. I'm actully passing it." He said, grinning.

 

"Of course." Motx said as his crystal sword appeared in his hand again. The orb in the center started to glow. It emitted a beam, opening up a portal. He and Yuni walked through.

They arrived at a place where Maleficent could for sure be able to hear them. "Maleficent." He shouted out.

 

"Oh. Looks like we have visitors." "What?! Who would dare to challenge us, the most devious villains of the world?!" "Hush Morgana. Let us welcome them with a... heartfelt welcome. Mwahahahahahaha." Maleficent & the other villains left for the battle arena long forgotten & never used. Maleficent started to smile. "Come in my unsavorable guests."

 

"Always one with the pleasant words." Motx said. He was standing next to Yuni, making sure htat she was always nearby. "Let's get to the point here." Motx didn't want to bother waisting time. "We're all aware of the Keyblade Academy. And how Sora is incharge and top dog there. And that you hate Sora and all those who have defeated you before. Our group has a proposition for you. Join forces with us. United we will be able to crush the entire Academy, including Sora and his friends. And both of our forces together need not worry about attacks from the other. If we are in different groups, that increases the probability of us fighting eachother for some pointless reason."

 

"Us? Joining your ranks?! HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA! What a odd, namby-pampy bunch you are!" A octopus looking like Ursula started to come out the dark along with Captain Hook. "We will rule the worlds by ourselves without your help! That'll just make us look pitiful!" "Oh yes! It'll be such a treat for us to get rid of them without the use of bambling fools!" A short witch came out giggling on her broom. "I think people like you are just trying to stop me from destroying that Merlin!" "Silence. No reason to treat our guests like ants. Now, who are you strange bunch & why are you so interested in making a 'contract' of us joining together? I think we have all the power that we can use to stop them. you don't even know that even if we unite, your little group may fall by the might of those keybladers, especially these mysterious girls of pureness..."

 

Motx forced a slight chuckle. "Oh. To have emotions." He thought to himself. "I'd probably die of laughter here and now."

"We are a group belonging to the dark, such as yourselves." Motx answered Maleficent. "We find it in our best interest that the Keyblade Academy is to be destroyed. So we can continue with our individual goals without distraction. And to quicken with the Academy's destruction, with the fewest casualties possible, we see that it would be a major help for us to join sides. And to correct what the squid said, you would not join our ranks. We would be an alliance, simple as that. And to correct about what you've said about you having enough power to defeat them, you don't. Throughout my own personal travels, I've learned much about Sora. How he killed you once. Killed the squid once. And defeated your whole group by himself. Defeated all the members twice, actually."

"And as for that pirate." He nodded to Captain Hook. "To speak simply, he's a pansy."

He paused again.

"The girls you speak of.... I personally will deal with them. So you can focus all your attention on Sora."

 

"PANSY!!! WHY YOU LITTLE RAT!!" Captain Hook was getting ready to fight them as he took out his sword, but he was stopped by a strong fire ball." WHOA WHOA WHOA! Wait a minute barbaric captain of failures. No reason to go & jump on them right now." Hades came out smiling as he went right by Motx. "The keyword that you've brought out that makes us know that we can succeed is the word, 'alone'. The boy never did fight us by himself. He only fights when his friends are by his side. Such a unfair number." "Which is why seperating Sora from the others really is a big advantage to us. Still, if we capture Kairi along with the others, then we'll surely will have a big advantage over him & annihilate him. Still, I would join your side on one condition. A nice battle between us. Whenever you find us in any of the worlds, then we shall battle it out. A fair contest. We win & you shall die before our might. We lose & we shall warmly join your 'tiny' group."

 

"Die. I wonder what it is like to experience death." Motx thought to himself. "I am fine with these conditions." He turned to Yuni. "Are these acceptable conditions?"

 

As the chain of command vanished Dante turned toward his brethren as a dark portal materialized behind him "Call me when im needed". Dante let out a slight nod and vanished.

The portal had led him to the library, in all his time as a remnant he had never been to this part of the castle and thus he was inclined to explore it. Thousands upon thousands of books stacked neatly in shelves hundreds of feet high. Most of them where inclined towards the study of the heart and many different philosophies on how to best harm or repair said heart.

Through all this diverse knowledge there are only several dozen books on the legendary weapon known as the "Keyblade"; said to bring great peace or great chaos. Dante had always desired to wield one but thus since it only came to those pure of heart he was at a slight advantage as he neither possessed a heart and was not pure in any way. Dante was angered by these ridiculous requirements and as such thought keyblade wielders where not deserving of the incredible power they would posses just to do nothing with it.

Dante remained in the library perusing the rest of the books.

 

Gondra stood, silent for a while. No orders, oh how he hated not having orders. Not that he could hate.

He wandered out of the castle and into the dark alleyways of the city. Once again he wondered why it was here, who had built it and where had they gone? He held up a small hand a a dark portal opened. He entered it and emerged in hollow bastion. He walked down a set of stairs and glanced around.

A few shops sat here and there and some people wandered about. There were weapons, clothing and odds and ends that had no point.

Gondra flipped his hood up and wandered past these. He passed another flight of stairs and saw an ice cream shop. He sized up the owner, an irritable looking duck, and bought a blue ice cream bar.

He noticed he was getting some odd looks and hurried on through the city, no clear destination in mind.

 

Will grinned. "He let me go when I roasted his beard with lightning. I can use fire and ice great, any others are hard to use." He said, stretching slightly. "Plus with that speed combat class you'll beat me easily. I'm fast but not as fast as you." He shuffled a little and grinned.

 

"You will weep before nightfall this day, witch." She didn't shout it. She didn't whisper it. She stated it, and somehow made it sound more threatening than a scream of rage.

"I do not see reason to wait, Motx. Shall we begin our challenge now? Fights are ever so fun.." She hissed in his ear.

Yuni turned back to Maleficent. "Fair fight means fair numbers. There are two of us. I shall not insult your intelligence - or what remnants you have - by telling you how many of your people there should be."

 

"Well well well. You two really have such a bold spirit. Me & Hades shall fight against the two of you. If the two of you think that we will join with you, then you need to have second thoughts." "Heheheh. Let's fight in my realm. The underworld coliseum perhaps?" Hades & Maleficent started to smile at them with confidence. "Or we can fight in the Land of Dragons. Are the places appropriate for you?"
