Powers?

Sleif looked down at Novek.
"You are awakening the powers of destruction or in other words, darkness. I have the artifact inside me. You will soon feel the need to kill, insufferable pain and the need to destroy other people's lives. That is who the child of destruction is. A monster, that will kill his own friends and go by the ways of darkness"

Alex turned to Alexis.
"We have to go but I have to ask you one thing first"
He held her hand.
"What were you really sad about earlier?"

 

"So, are you ready for your first proper lesson?" Sleif asked.

Alex and Alexis started to run down the streets in search of an old house, that is 200 years old. Suddenly Alex found one. It looked abandoned. Wild grass covered the garden and the windows were cracked. A purple light brightened and then went out from the top right window. He guessed that was where the lantern was.
"You ready, Alexis?" he asked her, looking at her deep brown eyes.
"I wonder if she does like me?....stay focused!"

 

Sleif smiled.
"I will teach you, how to repulse darkness in a beam. You must think of a horrible memory, the worse it is, the more destructive, it becomes. Watch"
A troll with rabbit ears appeared.
"This is a reject creation"
He built dark energy in his hand and he flicked it towards the rabbitroll. A huge blast of energy was flown towards the creature. It was the same size as the troll. The blast caused it to be flung backwards with a colossal thud. Dark worms started to manifest on it and a black aura covered it's body. Sleif rose his hand like a claw and caused the troll to writhe and shuffle from side to side. It was running out of breath and eventually died.
"Now, it is your turn"
Sleif made another appear.
"Whatever memory you will get, will contridict what power you will get. My power was choking"

 

"Now, Novek. I want you to set forth and kill Leah. She is the only person, who fully knows about the magical world. She is also their trainer. Kill her and bring her body here"
He enjoyed the pain, that Novek was experiencing. Soon enough, his heart will turn to darkness completely.

 

"Wait, by the entrance of the palace"
He suddenly noticed the presence of Tom.
"On second note, I'll go with you. I will kill Tom, while you finish Leah off. She is weak from our last encounter"
They walked out of the room and have ordered the hawkmen not to protect the palace walls. He wanted Leah and Tom to approach them. He left Nicole inside throne room.

 

The school hallways had alot of anxious and upset faces. They were worried about the smoke. The NYPD was able to take control of the monsters. The smoke clouds were out of the city now and it was now in rural areas. People in thhe school were spreading rumors about Nicole, saying she's the one that has terrorized the city and "changed" Alex into a mutant freak. They are saying that Nicole forced Alex to kiss her in the janitor's room, which caused her powers to "transfer" to Alex. The girls were upset because they wanted Alex's first kiss to be with Alexis. They have noticed their disappearance and were afraid that they went with her to "join", her evil scheme.

Alex turned to Alexis after he looked at the building.
"So are you ready?" he asked her, still holding Alexis' hand.

 

Alex had the message in his mind and smiled. They have found out how to send messages to each from faraway or close places. He could stay in touch with her if either of them were kidnapped. He also found out that she liked him. He stared into her eyes. He touched her silky brown hair and then he kissed her smooth lips, while stroking her hair. He was happy, they finally knew how they felt about each other. He could feel their powers and fates being intertwined. He never would have wondered how amazing this felt. He was glad, he got to share this experience with Alexis.

 

Sleif and Novek walked upto Leah and Tom.
"Good evening, I'd like you to meet my newest partner, Novek. He is the child of destruction and darkness. I have awakened him but to make his transformation complete..."
He summoned a hammer that had was in flames and dark gas spread around it. The wood itself was black.
"he must have this"
He gave Novek, the hammer. He was now truly the child of destruction and darkness. The weapon had great power. It had the power to shatter buildings with a few swings and cause an earthquake. It had many dark powers too, but most of them were unknown because it was never used for evil. It was used to balance the light and darkness between the two worlds. It was used to defeat evil himself and Sleif with the power of darkness turned Novek into the child of darkness and destruction. Novek was one of the most deadly of the four chosen one.

 

Sleif laughed.
"You do not understand, worthless child. He is darkness, he is under the power of darkness...kill Leah, would you, Novek?"
Sleif laughed again and stopped infront of Tom with his sword.
"You are not going to interfere"
