Weed is a "good drug", as we say. It's a good thing that you really don't get hooked to it, and you still can smoke it the way you want, and stop at the time when you want.

But the other drugs, no I haven't tried them. Why? I'm just not interested, I wouldn't wnt to stick a needle in to my veins and spread some drugs to my body that way. And besides, I always have the fear that I would get some kind of disease when sticking the needle.

I think any drug addiction is bad by definition of the word. I smoke weed and i love it but i wouldnt say its a "good drug". No matter what anyone says it is a gateway drug and it is really hard to not eventually try something stronger, be that soon or a few years off.

By the "good drug", I was only mentioning the fact that you won't get addicted to it, by the real meaning of the word. Of course you could just say that "I feel terribly stressed when I haven't smoked weed", but that's just because the weed's effects make you feel less stressed and really more relaxed. Of course, any drug isn't good, but to say, weed is a "good" drug.

No Drug is a 'good' drug. If it alters your state of mind, harms your body, or makes you feel a need for it then it is not a 'good' drug. There are some drugs that are less harmful but the less harmful ones do not mean they are 'good' dont make the mistake of thinking getting hit by a car is good just because that car wasn't a buss.

Actually, from my experiences (what I've seen, what I've felt), weed just makes you relaxed and it makes you laugh, and it's kinda hard to stop. I can maintain myself in that situation, as well I have seen the other guys do the same. And marihuana doesn't make the feeling that "you need it". That's the second point you've got wrong already, as we have said many times before that weed doesn't make an addiction. :p And what I've known, weed doesn't harm your body, in some states it only helps. So wrong points you've got there, mate.

The problem here is that people are getting hung up on the word 'good.'

nosecap is saying "Weed is a good drug." To avoid use of the word 'good' we shall say instead that "Weed is a safe drug, and that it is calming, when used appropriately."

I cannot vouch for this information (I'm kind of a lame-o nerd and never did any drugs) but it's documented that marijuana is not addictive...and its calming effects seem plausible enough (though it may vary from person to person, such as the effects of alcohol)

Everyone else is saying "There is no good drug." Again, to avoid the use of the word good, we shall instead say "There is no such drug, since all drugs pose unnecessary risks, financial expense, and dependency."

Again I've never taken drugs so I don't really know about this first hand...but I do want to point out that 'walking in front of cars' (as one example) is a risk people take every day whether doing drugs or not.

However, supporting this argument, one can suggest that as I've mentioned, different people react differently. nosecap claims the drug has a calming effect, but there are documented cases of people using 'tainted' marijuana, gone off the deep end and done something stupid like jump off the roof of their house.

The risk of 'tainted' marijuana is definitely a real risk. Why people do it I don't know, but it happens all the time. (I believe in the jargon, they might say "Know your dealer.")

So...there is your miscommunication. Hopefully you can address the issues a little better (and not just compete for the right to use the word 'good')

True you dont get a chemical addiction, but you can, and most do, get a psychological addiction. Wherein after a certain period of chronic use you need it to have a good time.

As for the bodily harm weed can inflict, there really is no proof either way. Someone will do a study and say its good and someone else will do another one and it will be bad. But as someone who has done weed on and off for 10 years i can tell you that it has effected me. Nothing drastic or life threatening but effected nonetheless.

But at the end of the day we have to realize that we dont and probably never will know everything about weed. Its a gamble and while i dont recommend it to everyone i do recommend you try it once :D lol

THAT'S NOT FUNNY, so for the caps, but no one should do drugs, you can lose everything form the addiction, college, family, friends, money. i'm sorry that you do weed, but you should get off of it, i mean it might make you feel a good way, but it's fake. it's not real happiness, it's like having laughing gas, you laugh but nothings funny, or you forced too. your forced to fell happy, or out of it. or make dumb choices.

Not to play Devil's advocate, but I have a question. Do you drink soda? Coffee? If so, then you should stop. They both have caffiene (sp?), and caffiene (sp?) is a drug.

Actually, at the end of your post you were saying about hitting a car. That, and relaxing by the effect of the weed, two different topics, no?

they are too diffrent topics, but caffien is not a drug. if it was, most people would be dead or in jail or jsut dumb.

    What?

I'm not sure that's a logical conclusion...you're using a pre-supposed opinion (bias) of drugs to address the issue. Why can't caffeine be a drug, and people not dead/in jail/dumb?

Caffeine is administered in several places for 'medical' reasons. It's a diuretic (makes you use the washroom), speeds up the heart rate, etc. Personally, I'm not sure how else to define a drug.

you don't get addicated to it, though, it just helps you to wake you up.

Actually, you can be. Such as with drinking soda. If you drink alot of soda, and then not drink it for a week, you get a headache or something.

its true, but the effect of your head hurting is when you only use the computer and drink pop(different type) and don't eat anything thats nutricits,-(spelled wrong XD) then the effect of the soda will hurt your head,

    happened to me since.

i had only been using the computer and drinking soda + junk food. then after 3-6 days my head hurts and my body felt to lazy to move.

as for caffin i don't think thats a drug, its just something that wakes you up. but to much drinking of coffe(contains caffin) then you would go hyper-after sleep-wakes up-head hurts.

XD sorry if this doesn't make any sense

Caffeine is still classed as a drug.
    Addictive. It can be.
But that's like all drugs. It CAN be addictive.
