Alice in Wonderland Feat. Johnny Depp

It looks like they're making an Alice in Wonderland movie. And Johnny Depp is being the Mad Hatter. Looks pretty cool to see.

It was just a matter of time before he ventured into one of the earliest and still beloved fantasy worlds in literature: Lewis Carroll's immortal "Alice in Wonderland." Burton's movie version isn't simply a retelling of the original 1865 novel. It's a new story that has Alice returning to Wonderland as a teenager several years after the events of Carroll's books "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" and "Through the Looking-Glass."

I heard that there will be a Alice in Wonderland with Jonny Depp, but with a Gotham City in it, that means there will be a Batman too right?

XD Oh. I read it wrong. Who's going to be the chesire cat & the Queen of Hearts? It'll be funny if they made Whoopi Goldberg as the Queen of Hearts & Jack Black as the bunny or the Chesire Cat.

i've always loved seeing what Tim Burton thinks up in his movies. Johnny Depp is just a bonus being the excellent actor he is. This is on my 'go see' list

I know!! The Nightmare Before Christmas and Corpse's Bride were fantastic..(Haven't seen Coraline yet -_-)

 

of course good! the mysteriousness of the movie is what really makes the movie!

 

I saw the pic of the Queen of Hearts in the movie theater. O-O she looked..kinda creepy...

There's the Madd hatter and the Queen of hearts in the middle. I''m not sure about the other lady yet..

just what i'd expect from Tim Burton.

Johnny looks like he's psychotic enough to be a real mad hatter. perfect character appearance in my opinion.

i was half expecting Tim to go with the Disney's fat queen but i can see he's given her his own twisted style. very nice, captures her crazy perfectly while still keeping her dignified.

who's the third though? Alice? someone new? either way she looks nice but we really need to find out who she is.
