if you wanna get deep into it. HE already had a "DARK" form, aka Xheanorts Heartless, when he tapped in to the power of darkness to beat Roxas, he went to a darker form i guess you can say

 

Um no, he still has the power of darkness. Or Did You Not See Him use DARK AURA, DARK SHEILD, after that. He just no longer belonged to that realm -__-......

 

And don't forget Dark Cannon from the Session Limit.
Yet I question that, is Sora able to use Dark Cannon only because he is with Riku or would he be able to use it without Riku's Presence.
Unless of course that attack isn't "dark" but it appears "dark" to me with it's wavy blue aura.

why did you think the darkness inside sora get stronger when he had roxas back?

 

Hang on a there, what do you mean by the darkness getting stronger in Sora?
If anything I think the light got stronger since he was able to change into Final Form after defeating Roxas at the station of awakening.

But if you're talking about when Roxas went back into Sora after Defeating Armour Xemnas (first form), could you explain how you think the darkness got stronger?
