i like sanctuary better.

But when you play both openings backwards they play subliminal messages xD

 

I like the video for Sanctuary better,but I loved Simple and Clean as just the song.

 

Opening of the 2nd game was my favorite. The song was even great.

I'm a big fan of the first opening. I think that's because i like simple and clean more than sanctuary though...
I do like the actual video for 2 better though. it's nicer, cleaner (probably because the tech specs advanced between games) haha

 

I think both are Awesome, either way.

 

I prefer Simple and Clean in music alone, although the video is good. And Sanctuary/Passion is better at both.

But in the end, i love them both ^^

And Yeah! The first time I saw the Sanctuary reversed I was like ÒoÓ!!!
I actually love the Sanctuary reversed song, I listen to it all the time xDDD

I'm a huge fan of Utada Hikaru so this shall be a hard one ^^.... I personally like both songs because one of them is really upbeat "Simple and Clean" and the other one is a little calm and even includes some phrases in Japanese "Passions" or "Sanctuary" (Which ever you prefer).... I like Passions as a song more though, the vid for Kingdom Hearts II was very nice and well thought out and all, but it didn't really interest me... I thought it to be a little strange, and I didn't like the fact that you saw some Organization XIII members like Marluxia who don't even appear in the game... It was kind of a let down... So I much prefered Simple and Cleans vid because I thought it was real touching and it never really gave away any surprises yet you didn't see things that wouldn't happen in the game (Sure Riku wasn't standing in this tidal wave thins on Destiny Islands holding out his hand to you, but he does appear in that suit and in the end of the game you face Ansem on Destiny Islands ^^)
Of course I love practically every song my Hikaru, and I thought she really fit well in the Kingdom Hearts games, it's a shame that she's not singing for Kingdom Hearts 3 =[

 

I prefer the opening to the second game. However, I don't hate the opening to the first, as a matter of fact I love it, but I just prefer the other opening. I can still remember when I first watched each opening I was absolutely amazed Both of them were beautifully crafted.

 

I love the opening to Kingdom Hearts, but then again, who doesn't? I think it's a very powerful opening and it's sort of like a prologue to the story, but I do think I like the opening to Kingdom Hearts II more (I can only talk of the opening to Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II since I haven't played any of the other games yet.) I think I like it more because, for one, the graphics seem superior, and graphics are important to me as I feel it gives the whole thing much more of a reality. I did love the winding staircase that Naminé drew, and that the characters were running around on. I think the actual reason as to why I prefer the opening of Kingdom Hearts II is because of the moment on the winding staircase when Goofy jumps on top of a Shadow Heartless on his shield. I think Goofy is so insanely adorable. ♥

 

I love both openings, but I prefer KH2 opening video. Though I think Simple and Clean is better song than Sanctuary.
