Another Kingdom Hearts Story III~ Children of Light and the Dark

Shino sat down on the bench next to Niki and sighed.
"Koen's still in bed, recovering"
There was a pause and then he spoke again "I feel unsure about them..."
Shino rested his hand on his head.
"Niki, I'll look after them tonight, you can try to find out more about their plan"
Shino hugged his wife and kissed her cheek.
"Look after yourself, okay?...I love ya"
Shino started to walk back to the house, where Erin, Kate and Koen were. He needed to check on them.

Koen laid in his bed, remembering all the memories that he had from his untroubled history.

 

Joxas and Rimirosa bowed down to Dark, as they arrived at the realm of darkness along with Kazorth, who stood behind him.
"I've turned their friends into nobodies, Dark" he messaged.
"Hello Dark, here are our two new recruits, Joxas and Rimirosa"
Kazorth gave a grin and felt proud of himself. This will cause alot of pain in Koen and Kate's hearts, especially Koen, knowing that Mirisa was Koen's girlfriend and John was his best friend.

 

Rimirosa and Joxas smiled, as they dispparated into the darkness. Kazorth walked upto Dark.
"Master, what do you want to speak to me about?"

Koen went back to sleep and had terrible dreams. Dreams of where, Mirisa and John's hearts were taken.
"NO!!!" he screamed, as he saw them being taken into the darkness. He woke up, with sweat down his back.
"It was just a dream" Koen said to himself. He looked outside and saw the orange clouds roll over in the sunset sky.

Shino looked up at the sky and sighed.
"Why can't it be pink?..."

 

"I will do what you wish" Kazorth replied to Dark.
He disapparated and then reappeared at where Rimirosa and Joxas were. They were sitting down on the ground, which was totally pitch black and the only light was from a candle, in the middle of the room.
Kazorth waved his hand and they fell asleep. He then changed their eye color into red. He changed Rimirosa's hair to long and black and Joxas hair was changed into red coloured spiky hair. He made their voices deeper and he changed Joxas' height by a foot, making him very tall, as Rimirosa remained at her height.
Kazorth clapped his hands and they awoken in their new bodies.
"I want you two to fight Shino and take him here, once he's alone, can you do that?"
The two nobodies nodded their heads.
"Yes, we will do as you wish"
They bowed and then disappeared.

Koen nodded, but as he did so, his chest burned in pain, making him clench his teeth and scrunch his eyes. He placed his head back on the soft fluffy pillow.
"Where are we, Ale?...is everyone okay?"

 

"No it's not Niki." Polaris said from behind her. "It's not your fault. You had no choice. What's done is done. There is no reason to wallow in self pity. It won't help. Anyways, I brought something." He tugged on some kind of leash he had in his hand. "Talk demon."

"As much as I'd love to, this lovely little object you made isn't very comfortable." The demon said sarcastically. "Anyways..... I've come to warn you about something. It might help you guys. As it turns out, Azazel and Dark aren't exactly seeing eye to eye. They both think they have control over the other, even though the reality of the situation is that they don't. More importantly though, is that Dark is preparing some kind of attack. That was is problem. He never thought things through. He rushes these things. So even if he caught you guys by suprise, his attack wouldn't be difficult to sweep away."

The demon paused, not sure if he should say this next part. "And if it makes Kate happy.... I think I've managaed to locate Tom. Although he's not the same. He lost his memory and his power."

 

Koen walked into the room, clutching his chest, it was burning in pain but he had to see everyone downstairs. As he shuffled down the stairs, he overheard Kate.
"What!? Oh no not him as well.... Oh no Koen! What about him! Does he know about this, he was closer to John then me and in love with Mirisa!"
Koen looked at his sister with fear in his eyes.
"What...what just happened?" he asked her with tears down his cheek. He had enough of suffering, he wanted it to be over. He wanted the darkness to disappear, to not trouble him anymore. He wanted his old life back.

 

Anger flowed through Koen. He had enough of this. He wanted someone to make him feel better but who would be able to do that? Mirisa, his girlfriend and John, his best friend were kidnapped.
Koen summoned his keyblade.
"I'm going to find them"
As he was about to walk, his chest began to throb but he clenched his teeth and scrunched his teeth and took the pain, as he opened the door.

 

"You know that one world they both went to? He's there." The demon answered.

"Yeah. He's actually been cooperating. It's kinda strange. Although there's still somethings that are bothering me. Like the dissapearance of Tom's powers. Where could they have gone?" Polaris said.

 

"Okay okay... Calm down crazy lady." The demon said as he teleported away.

He appeared by somebody tossing stones into some water. "How does it feel? Being alone on this world?"

"What do you want?" The person asked the demon.

"To help. I'm here to take you to some people."

"Who are they? Why would I want to go?"

"Because you're all alone. Humans need other humans. And besides. One of the people there knows you."

"What's her name?"

"Kate. And she loves you."

"Oh really now. And why should I believe that?"

"Because I'm right. Let's go." The demon opened up a portal.

"*sight* Fine." The person walked through the portal, straight to Niki. The demon followed him.

 

Koen started walking out of the house, injured and determined to find his friends but he was stopped by his father.
"What are you doing, Koen, you should be in bed and it's dark out"
There was indeed a night sky.
"I'm going to save my friends, unlike everyone else...you guys just care about Tom" Koen scowled. Koen was angry at his family, especially his parents.
"We do care about them...it's just~"
"IIt's just you care more about Tom than me"
"Koen, you're my son"
Shino put his hand on his shoulder but Koen backed off.
"You and mum...you RUINED MY LIFE!!!"
Tears were streaming down Koen and Shino's faces. Koen started to run away, even though the pain was immense. He couldn't stand them anymore, he couldn''t stand his friends were in danger, he wanted to live a normal life and Shino and Niki took that away from him.
As Shino was about to run after him, somebody knocked Shino down.
"Got him"
A boy and a girl held him down on the ground and Shino tried to shake them off but failed.. Shin disappeared

 

Koen's body was becoming weaker, as he ran and he suffered so much pain, that he fell to the ground, clutching his chest.
"Just leave me alone!" he shouted, as he pounded his hand onto rhe ground in anger. He had enough of all this chaos, he just wanted a normal life and that life was taken away from Shino and Niki. He was angry at his family for caring more about Tom rather than him.
Koen tried to get back up again to his feet but fell down again.

 

The demon looked at Koen as he appeared with Tom. "Hmm.... This is rather interesting. And they say you don't learn something new everyday." The demon thought to himself. "Anyways, I brought him. Although he doesn't have the slightest clue who you guys are."
