    Well, I've read The ULTIMATE-theory by Redzonic and the theory by NeoCloudStrife & DjC.....
    I guess they are the most plausible theories up to date.
    But I can't find a theory about who the Dark Soldier (Master Xehanort's Apprentice) is....
    Does anybody have an idea?

    But what about the look? His outfit resembles Riku's dark mode, that's too obvious to be overseen.

    I honestly don't see the resemblance. Honestly, I think people were just looking for a connection and they saw something that looked like Riku's dark form.

    We haven't seen his face, yet. But isn't it strange that Ansem Seeker of Darkness clothes look like Master Xehanort's and we believe there's some kind of relation? Now Dark Soldier and Riku's Dark Form share similar looks, but u say there's no connection?
    Kingdom Hearts is all about past and future, memories of former selves and so on....

    MX and Ansem SoD both have a connection. I dont see it.

    Not really, besides the only one that really should have a connection to riku is terra.

    What do you mean by that? Or should there be a questionmark instead of a dot?
    I don't get why you're saying that DS' and Riku's dark mode outfit aren't looking likewise.
    I agree that Terra and Riku should have a relation to each other.

    There is actually a good resemblance, just have different colors. Im not saying there is a connection, but they both seem to have the same type of dark suite, but with different colors, and they both seemed to be controlled by someone that has a connection with Xehanort.

    I think we haven't seen his face, because it will give something major away. A big spoiler. That or Nomura is lazy and haven't gotten his face done yet xD

    That i think they do, but i think i read somewhere that only one of the new characters have connection to each other, im not sure if its true, but if that is the case Ven and Roxas would be the relation, Roxas wants to know what he is, Ven wants to be erased..

    Dark Soldier has this nearly identical "muscular tissue" outfit that Riku's dark form also has.

    If you compare Riku's dark mode outfit with the outfit DS wears you can see all traits are shared. The Belt, the "skirt", the red hands and so on.

    I wouldn't take your second pic (the drawing of DS) too serious, because as you can see it's just Dark Riku's picture recolored with the black helmet. But of course it shows the similarities between DS and Dark Riku.

    @x3pic I think riku got the dark suit before being controlled by Ansem.
    I still dont think their similar but hey thats just me.

    While thats true, we don't know if the first time we ACTUALLY see riku with XH, is the first time they met, because he didn't really seem afraid of him.
    Im pretty sure Riku and XH met more than once.

    He wasnt afraid of the darkness either so why Ansem SoD.

    Doesnt mean he got the suit from Ansem SoD.

    True, but how do you know that he didn't meet XH on DI, like sora did?, so he could have helped open the keyhole to DI and helped riku unlock his power of darkness.

    And it doesn't mean that he didn't, we have no idea where he got the suit, we have no idea where riku went, or who he met besides Malificent(sp), im just making an asumption on what ive seen and read.

    How stupid would Riku be, to trust someone he just met, With his entire being and heart.

    When did Ansem SoD meet sora on destiny island? Maleficent had a part in riku abandoning his friends and accepting the darkness.



    After the events of Destiny Island, he meets Maleficent.

    Well if you believed that your friends have abandoned you, your home is destroyed, and darkness has blinded you. Then hes going to make that mistake.

    Um in the secret place or whatever, when you collect the mushrooms, XH shows up and says "this world has been connected, soon to be completly eclipsed"-that XH on DI..
    and yea but who knows there could be other reasons, besides her, and only sora abonded him, and not really abonded actually, kairi was just a vessel.

    Oh the brown coat.

    Well thats what Maleficent tricked him about and said he was the only one to help kairi.
    Before the take over of Destiny Island. I doubt it.
    Riku is the one that connected their world to the darkness.

    but anyway, i know Riku did, but im saying that XH could have been there to help or tell riku what to do.
