You are a fake, and allow me to proove it.
Look at what I've bolded. You said YOU carved your staff to your liking. Well, thats not allowed. They give you a staff, they have rules and regulations on how your staff should be. They make those rules so YOU CAN'T MAKE THE POLE TO YOUR LIKING! Also, you said you practice with it and fight with it. How do you practice? WHO DO YOU FIGHT? Hm?
You see, a true fighter uses the term "spar". A real "fight" is called (in fighting terms) a "shoot". See, now you've learned something. You are a fake, so stop lieing to yourself and take some classes, k?

I am not a fake. Why? I have a person who has a sword of his own. Not only that, nothing is wrong with making a staff of your own. That's what I did. There is no stores around where I'm at so I went & find me something to make a staff to make out of. You can make your own staff & you can't say that someone is a fake for doing that. I'm not lieing & I already know that I am not a fake. I also have a wooden sword of my own, but I always use the staff that I made & carve to suit me. A fighter, especially a real fighter, can always make a weapon, either wooden or not, for themselves. That's what I did. I don't need any classes. Also, it is possible to practice with a weapon without anyone to fight. Just make some dummies & practice your weapon on them. Where I'm at, no one don't use those arts, so I go & made me a staff. I don't care what you say, but I know that I am not a fake.

 

I think Kung fu is beacuse of Drunken Boxing and how fluid it can be it can be deadly yet beautiful

Sigh. No one is not saying it like that, well, I am actually. I'm not just picking up my stick. I be practicing, for real, not posing or be faking, with my staff to get better in fighting. When I feel like practicing against my friend who have his sword, I go over to his house & we be fighting with our weapons. I never be using mockery. No one here don't be mocking you or be talking wrong about you mythril & you need to know that. I'm no expert in the art that I'm using, but I always improve myself to get better & better at it. A artist or fighter always improve themselves in the art(s) that they are using to improve their weakness. I already know that just picking up a weapon won't make them a fighter. They have to really in their hearts to use an art that they really want to master or learn. They have to practice using that art.

 

you have to have some skill with your weapon to be good enough to defend your self but you will not always have it a Martial artist can use anything as a weapon and that is why they are more deadly in my opinion than a weapon weilder

 

All I can say is that it's all depends on teh user of the arts. That's all I can say.

 

he is right it does matter on the user you could be fighting a black belt but he could have no soul for the art so he wouldnt fight like a white belt who loves his style

Sigh. No one is mocking the arts, especially me. IF you is going to be mad at me & the others because we is telling the truth & you don't see it, then you might as well leave this thread alone & I'm saying this with a calm voice. You asked us what is the greatest art in our opinion, then we tell each other our ideas & what we do with the art that we use & that some or few of us are really users of these arts, whether we are experts, intermediates, or amateurs, & you there yelling saying that we're fakers & posers & we're telling the truth.

But I'm not a poser & I'm telling you the truth from practicing & using the art of the staffs, but you kept on thinking that I'm lieing & throw your anger at me, yelling, screaming, & cursing. Stop thinking that I'm faking & lieing, cuz I'm not. I do know about the art that I use. I know about the advantages & disadvantages about the art that I use & what might happen if the staff is used against another art. Everytime I tell everyone my opinion & knowledge, there you go cursing & yelling again, saying that I'm faking & I'm saying all of this with a calm voice. You there arguing & there's no reason to.

 

All I can say is keep up what you love and dont let anyone tell you different

 

From the other posts taht you be putting & the way you is talking, it sure do look like it. I know that I'm not living a lie & I know that deep down inside that I am telling the truth. I know that I'm telling the truth & that I am living the real thing. I'm not using mockery & I'm not fighting over anything, but you just don't see it. Anyways, I'm just going to ignore you, telling you the real truth & what I know about the art that I use. I'm speaking to you in a calm voice, telling you the truth, but you just won't see it or accept it. If you is still going to keep this up, I will ignore you, but I will lend everyone my knowledge, whether helpful or not, little or big, about what might happen with a staff art used against another art.
