    (This little fact of mine includes most of the games)

    In Coded, Mickey is wearing the same outfit he has in CoM. In BBS, he's wearing a completely black version of that outfit. But those outfits are different than the one he has in KH2.

    (A little bias on my part is that I prefer the KH2 outfit more than the CoM outfit. I don't mind the BBS outfit)

    In bbs MX has yellow eyes and Terra has blue so if they did fuse how is xehanorts eyes brown.

    Nomura reuses characters look at reno and axel. Terra eyes turn yellow but that doesnt explain Xehanort eyes are brown.

    If im not mistaken nomura has stated castle oblivion has been around way before the organization found it. So it could be a world in bbs and explain the room of awakening where supposely Xemnas other "friend" is.
